@skemmehs I was just stating facts, bruh. While we’re on the topic, however, I think the y-wing bombers are underrated. They’re not meant for crazy space dogfights. They’re meant for bombing stuff. Less showboating and more blowing stuff up!
I have bought a number of these for my now 6yo. They are really good quality. And they normally are about $5 each retail, so this is a seriously great price. (I do recommend them.)
I had to ponder for 20 minutes then remembered a few display cases I have upstairs. Almost walked away, but thought it would be neat to have both sets to display together. A conversation piece to hang on the wall.
@Ignorant they clearly never played KOTOR, watched Rebels or the Clone Wars cartoon, or read a friggin book. Hell, Mandalorians are mentioned quite frequently in the extended universe. And that isn’t even counting Jango and Boba Fett who are at worst debatable Manalorians…
The force is strong with you meh! It’s the only reasonable explanation how you would know that I need a meager-aloof-haircut. Been trying for a few weeks now. Too bad I can’t afford a super cut after dropping $45 on these. Chewbacca-style in my future, me thinks.

BTW, we still have a stack of $2.99 promo coupons from when one of the local Great Clips opened… like 7 years ago. (They foolishly neglected the expiration date)
Should we feel guilty periodically using those coupons? (Note: as with Goupons, we tip based on the original $14 price.)

@RedOak I always buy the prepaid card around the holidays at their discounted price. Not exactly $2.99 but I’m happy paying $9.99. I tend to always tip them $5 regardless of the price of the cut. I know it’s more than they usually get and an extra buck or two every 6 weeks or so isn’t missed at all while they’re always grateful. No, I don’t blame you in the least for continuing to use those promos. I’m lucky, the location I go to has very little staff turnover. Even when I get someone new, they seem to do a good job. There’s something to be said for the consistency in their training. My favorite stylist there has a side business with one of the best business names ever - ‘Dye by Katie’s Hands’.

@InnocuousFarmer Don’t worry about that. These are mass produced cheap toys. Your bones will have long turned to dust by the time they are valued at what you paid for them. Best to just buy one and enjoy it now while you still can before the ravages of time consumes us all.

And…a further update - we have all of these in house, but it’s taking longer than we expected to make sure we get exactly the right ships packed. It’s a long story, but they don’t come to us packed the same way we ship them to you. Our warehouse crew are going to be serious Star Wars ship experts after this run.
We plan to begin shipping tomorrow and hope to finish shipping all of them Friday.
@mwalradt I got my tracking number via fedex track by reference using my meh order “number” as the reference code. Label Created is the status, unfortunately.
@sjk3 The items didn’t come pre-sorted into these sets. It took meh two weeks to hand-sort 3000 sets of these into separate boxes that matched each particular order. (type and qty) THEN they had to put labels on 3000 boxes and send them out.
Mine left meh 5/12. Estimated delivery 5/20 even though it’s been in my home state since the 14th.
When we opened the box, my 4-year-old said, “Wow”. Then she said, “These are for you. You always get toys.” Once I explained they were indeed for her, she was excited. She wanted to put them all on their display stands.
She says the U Wing is fastest because it has “4 rocket boosters”. (never mind some of the others probably do too) Thanks, meh. We can finally have epic space battles.
