I just received mine from the last Mehrathon today. I wore it for about an hour on this spot on my chest that’s been sore for a few weeks, it feels great right now! I had no expectations going in, kinda thought it was a joke but my opinion has totally turned around.
Funny timing on this one, I literally just took it off.
Totally worth it!
Is this good for foot pain? I know I’m suppose to do exercises for plantar fasciitis, but it doesn’t seem like it’s working. I constantly get a cramp that escalates when my leg is still (lots of cracking if I move my foot while laying in bed). KT tape seems to help as well as walking on these cushioned flip flops I got from Croc’s (I have a similar feeling when I walk on grass) but these all occur when I’m in motion.
@JT954
I love, love, LOVE my tens unit for muscle and nerve pain BUT,… my mom swears by tonic water for cramps! Give it try, one can is enough to see a difference the next day if not sooner!
Good luck!
@JT954 Are you on a statin to lower cholesterol?
Tell doc ASAP.
Interestingly enough, a different one doesn’t cause any issues, and actually works well for me at a MUCH lower dose.
@JT954@Lynnerizer
I have lots of nerve pain, nerves not functioning right and nerves from bulging disk in my neck. I’m getting a nerve block done for some of them next month bc they span from my head, neck, back, arm, hand, side and into my breast. Do you have a tens unit from meh or a really good one? I’m just wondering if mehs is quality or if I’d be better of spending my money somewhere else?
@JT954@Star2236
Over the years I have gotten all of my tens units from my Dr’s/medical supply store mainly because i’m to cheap to spend my own money, insurance pays if I get a rx. Knowing what I know just from my personal experience with the tens unit i’d think that even a cheap one would give relief IF it’s going to work for you at all anyways. I’d give it a shot! Good luck!
@djslack Do these go up to a certain size? I have big feet and wear upwards of Size 12 men’s shoes. I ordered the Tens from the Mehrathon but would consider this if it doesn’t work out.
@G1 I had issues back in 2001 with high cholesterol and had to take niacin but other than that, no. I did have questions about being diabetic, but was never tested or knew how to be tested for it.
@bugger It can be IF you turn it up to high and have it on a sensitive area. I’ve been using one on and off since I was a kid, around 12 years old, I would pass it around for my family to feel the shock! You know, dumb kid stuff!
I have one (from Meh) that is the all-in-one type, you just stick the whole unit on your back or wherever. I swear by these things. I had a chronic back issue a few years ago, and for weeks I tried everything, but this (type) of unit was the only thing that successfully released the knot/cramp/whatever that was going on with me.
@ACraigL@Star2236 Just remember you will need to purchase replacement gel pads. Make sure you know where you can repurchase them, not all will work with different units.
@ACraigL Was it the Homedix Rapid Relief unit? I got one of those from meh a while back and it sat on the shelf for a while. Then I wrenched my lower back and had very bad pain for a couple months. The fucking Dr. would not write me a prescription for effective pain meds, so I gave the TENS unit a try. I was pleasantly surprised by how much it helped to block the pain. Two or three sessions a day made a noticeable difference in my pain level.
@ACraigL@Ozbrom@Star2236 That’s a good point. I bought this exact unit a few weeks back (works great!). Replacement pads on the somacare site were crazy expensive. I found some generic ones on Amazon ($10 for 10 large pairs) & they are great quality & work with no issues. I couldn’t find any generics that specifically listed they were somacare compatible, so I bought the ones that said they work with near all tens machines (except for two brands).
Departed, Inducted, Departed, Delivered, Arrived, Pitney Bowes Purgatory. And I understand a religion abolished purgatory. That’s when I stopped believing because I was aiming for it. Not good enough for the top, not bad enough for the bottom. So is my order abolished or stuck in DIDDA?. Meh.
@Potatoboy. I was sad but now I’m sadder. Pitney blows makes me mad but not much madder. The service is bad but can be badder, not unlike falling off a ladder. I’m glad it doesn’t matter.
I could have walked the 3 hour drive to NJ picked up my order and walked back home quicker than this is taking. It “left” 7 days ago. This keeps happening with Meh orders. Not impressed with USPS

Utterly stimulating.
@cinoclav So this works for cows?
@cinoclav @mehcuda67 Udderly ridiculous.
I bought this in the mehrathon for 2 bucks more, and it’s not here yet. I suppose I did get the excitement of buying it in the mehrathon
On one hand I feel like I don’t need this… On the other hand I rarely need the things I buy from Meh.

@dasred I use a defibrillator for my chest pains.

@JT954 Just used mine for the first time tonight, worked wonders on a sore chest muscle. For $15 it’s worth a try!
@JT954 they make ones with sandals, if you want it specifically for your feet. These two are on morningsave for a bit more:

@Lynnerizer Tonic water with or without gin?
@JT954 @Lynnerizer it has to tonic water with quinine. The bitter additive is what reduces cramps.

One use for pregnancy/labor. Meh?
@Peterxbarr Not sure about pregnancy, but I think labor needs higher voltage.
@mehcuda67 @Peterxbarr I supercharged mine and got pregnant right away.
If it gave abs like that, I would be all in.
@hchavers I am very careful about my abs so I protect them with thick layer of soft padding.
Shocking item

Do you know if it’s safe to use on your neck?
@stapleton87 It’s definitely not safe on your throat.
@stapleton87 Yes! I use mine on my shoulder and neck all the time!

@ACraigL
So in your opinion you think the one selling today is quality? I’ve just always wondered how well they work.
@ACraigL @Star2236 Just remember you will need to purchase replacement gel pads. Make sure you know where you can repurchase them, not all will work with different units.
@Star2236 I can’t speak to this one. I just know the one I got worked wonders (for me).

@macromeh It was! We still use it from time to time. Old reliable, for us.

Can I attach these to my golf balls to help them come in the hole more easily?
@arfdawg Umm…Yeah Baby!!
@arfdawg What ever turns you on-just keep it away from the flag stick.
Have you tried Magnets ? Or Zen like Chevy Chase in Caddy Shack ?

My wife has been wanting to try one, for $15 …meh, why not?

@Odorous Is this Pitney Bowes Purgatory a common thing for Meh orders? It’s the first time I’ve noticed it, but I don’t have many orders made.
@Odorous. Now it’s ruminating at a Pitney blows facility the next town over for 4 days.
@Nygmus @Odorous
As a matter of fact, yes:

@Odorous 6 days
@Odorous It’s now DIDDAD cuz it’s been delivered to a Pitney Blows facility the next town over for 8 days. No one home?.
@Odorous Delivered twice to local usps today, so now dejoys minions get to play shuffleboard with it.

how do i return this --as it will not work and no help from the company!!!
@azar2211 Is it charged?, just saying.
Darn, mine was delivered today. Most stop making comments about P. Blows.
Now need to wait 8 hours for charge.
Is this the stimulus Biden was talking about?
Still waiting for arrival.

I got this on 26th. but I ordered on the 11th? Does time still work chronologically? Anyway it does the job, it’s a strange sensation, but works.
I apply it between my thumb and little finger and it makes my hand clench and release. Is this what it’s like giving oneself to a higher power?.
Been almost a full month since ordering and has been at shipping center since March 2
My unit will not let me enter Time therefore will not start!!
I love this thing!!! I want another one for $15 but they are $40 on-line…MEH please bring this back!!!
