Thanks. I had found that as well, but it never instills confidence when the company doesn’t keep a link to their older products support info. Also disappointed in the lack of any mention about battery life…

Oh yeah I hadn’t seen anything about the battery now that you mention it. Shopping for these is something I just became interested in, think maybe I should look around some more. I’m not in real need of them anyway it’s a luxury buy.
two base stations with two cameras each. none of the cameras could connect. the phone tech support people were nice but the first time they reset the serial numbers and it still didn’t connect. when i removed the base stations from the app the app couldn’t reconnect to them. i called them and they said another couple business days. i sent an email to sidedeal for a refund in case the next fix doesn’t work.
Do not purchase these. I bought 2 sets(to have 4 cameras)and I have had the same issue as russellmz. Base stations will not register on arrival, support reset the serial numbers and one finally registered. Then, NONE of my cameras would register, I sent them the serial numbers of those and they said it was fixed, NOPE. Only one camera would register. I emailed support again and they said it would be fixed. It has been over 2 weeks since I have had a response from them and nothing works to this day. Contacting sidedeal to see what my options are for returns/refunds and to suggest they stop selling these to customers.
