unbeknownst to me, my girlfriend randomly drew this for me during the day while i wasn’t home. that night, i actually did bring mcdonald’s home for dinner.
@cinoclav@therealjrn It crossed my mind, but I don’t think I want to start changing the rules with one week left. I may specifically ask for something not already shown in some of my "show me"s.
My straight teeth were a gift because of braces. They weren’t crazy bad, mostly my canines were turned. Apparently in some Asian countries that’s a desired thing and they give themselves crooked canines. Go figure.
A friend didn’t want his kid to have a scooter anymore, so i got it together with the helmet. He (his kid) wanted to sell it me, but being it would not start, nothing doing.
Well, when i got a neighbor to look at it, we found that a tool had fallen in between the gears preventing it from starting. Ripe for a joke. Anyway, it worked for a while, and now its not working, but a new carburetor may fix it.
The clock is magnificent - truly! I guess one either loves them or hates them. I love this one - the color, the finish, the bird, the golden pine cones. It’s really a very nice piece!
My oldest granddaughter gave this to me for Fathers Day years ago when she was staying with us. It was a preschool project, but it had a special meaning in our relationship.
Also congrats @cinoclav for an interesting interpretation and @RiotDemon for getting my attention. You both get the extra point because I fucked up my favorite on day 17 and I don’t feel like redoing that one.
My best friend’s daughter wanted me to have this VERY MUCH.
She was so proud of her colouring job
@curtise That’s what they say before the school shooting.
My in-laws neighbors are German and they got this cuckoo clock for us as a wedding gift.
This pair of Otamatones was a gift to my wife and me this past Christmas. They’re actually a lot of fun.
@djslack They kind of look like Muppefones.
/youtube Muppetones
@Fuzzalini They look more like them in use, too.
/youtube otamatone bohemian rhapsody
@djslack That’s awesome! They sound like midis.
Which came first, the Otamatones or the Muppefones? To wiki to find out…
Here you go. One Gif T.
The original ‘unsigned’ version.

@carl669 you don’t have to mail out postcards with your picture on them when you move, do you?
@djslack postcard? what’s a postcard?

@therealjrn lol this is starting to feel familiar.
@Seeds Do we get to create a new rule of not using the same photos more than once?
@cinoclav There is no such rule.
@cinoclav @therealjrn It crossed my mind, but I don’t think I want to start changing the rules with one week left. I may specifically ask for something not already shown in some of my "show me"s.
@Seeds I just like to see the creativity of something new.
@cinoclav me too, it’s up to you guys what you vote for though.
I like the brilliance of using the same pic for different situations.
@therealjrn I have total faith in your creativity. Though if @Seeds asks for something blue tomorrow, I have a feeling…

…also, the toy box, itself, was a gift

@RiotDemon I dig that shade.
@brhfl Thanks! It’s from MissA.com Most of their stuff is $1.
Don’t judge. I have odd friends bearing gifts.
I assume this is a gift of something, from someone, that appeared in my fridge today…
Turns out, it is a gift. Blackberry and cherry/strawberry/raspberry jams made by one of my SO’s coworkers.
I just remembered that the same friend who gave me the gift I posted above also gave me this picture.

Can i call that a gift?
