Scavenger Hunt Prize(s)
28I was one of the randomly selected “winners” of the Meh Birthday Scavenger Hunt. I received what I would consider an upgraded IRK, so there is really no regret with this one.
I received:

3 pairs of shorts that, oddly enough, will probably fit me.

Light up Trick or Treat Bag. This is cool. Do I have to wait until Halloween to use it?

Clue Game. A classic.

Lite-Brite. One of my favorites as a kid.

Burgi watch with Swarovski crystals. Very pretty.

Pocket LED Lighted Travel Magnifier. Yup. I’m at that age.

Blue IRK bag. One of my favorite colors along with purple.

And…my “self supplied” poser cat. He feels he needs to be in every picture.
I tried to shoo him off this time, but he struck a new pose and I couldn’t resist.
Thanks @Thumperchick and everyone else at Meh for putting on the fun birthday celebrations. I really enjoyed participating in the festivities. Winning was just the icing on the cake.

No copy of the movie Scavenger Hunt?

Nope.
That may be the version of the clue game where one of the cards doesn’t match one of the rooms on the board. If so just go to the manufacturer’s website and fill out a message to customer service and they send a replacement card.

I think I got most of them except specific items that only VMPs would have (specific Meh socks, and I think a phone holder or something like that.

My scavenger hunt box came and I will try to get a pic up sooner rather than later. VERY NICE box. The soon to be three year old will be thrilled with the kid toy in there for her birthday and I got a used speaker that is very nice. Needs one part and a cord but the sound is better than any other speaker I have. Took some googling to figure out how to reset it and figure out how it worked but once I solved those problems it was good to go!!! And a very pretty shade of irk blue bag. There is more that was in the box but I need to lay it out in the hall and take a photo. Thank you so much meh!

One of those hanging bug screens that go where you don’t have a screen door. A good friend has one of these that has been mauled byher cat. Birthday present for her.
Libratone OneClick speaker - works great, needs a thing to attach the other side of the handle to the speaker and needs the cord that goes from the speaker to the computer if you don’t want to use blue tooth, but I can survive without those. Sounds nice.

So reporting back on the bag…despite the fact that it says it comes with batteries already installed, mine did not. Once I added the batteries, it worked like a charm.

Did anyone who was not one of the chosen get a participation package? I think they said everyone who participated would get something and dying to know what that “something” is
@iutami if you are talking about the irk impression contest everyone who was in that was flagged and got a discount code (it was posted at the end of that thread too). As far as the cake one, I don’t think they gave everyone anything who did anything in that one - rather they picked two winners and that was it.
@iutami @Kidsandliz @Thumperchick promised everyone who participated “a small token of our appreciation” but nothing has shown up yet. I’m still 2-3 years behind on the birthday gift I am definitely sending, so I’m not complaining.
@mossygreen nothing here yet either, but they did say it would be several weeks in true Meh fashion
