Refund Question

So, I purchased a cat's meow, but after seeing the mediocre reviews on the durability and how it destroys batteries, I think I'll cancel the order. Since I decided to get the VMP instead of paying the $5 shipping, will I get both refunded if I cancel the order?

I don't know if it will automatically cancel VMP, but I doubt it. But! If you cancel VMP any time before the month-long period ends, and you haven't used it (which, you haven't, since you cancelled a thing), you get refunded for that period. So, there might be an extra step (cancel VMP), but you should be able to get the full refund.

Okay. Done. I cancelled the order and I cancelled VMP.. I'll report back when I get a refund for both. It's a pretty good price for it, however I really don't need even though I considered buying it in the past due to the fact that it has much more lousy reviews that I thought it would...

No wonder I saw one under someone's table that I was housesitting for just sitting there.. unused...

I had one of these and it was very loud and broke within 20 minutes. I was very disappointed, because the cat actually really enjoyed it (and this cat makes Garfield look active!).

I could tell it wasn't durable.. A cat could trash it in a day, they're that aggressive but the scratcher (although it's free standing) should sedate them much better.. I got one of them.
