Poor customer service

I ordered an item a few months ago which I never received. As a result, I contacted customer service to request a refund. They said that once the item was received back, they would issue it which is fair. However, it's been more than four months and I have yet to receive any responses. I've emailed multiple times since then almost begging for at least an update, and never received one, nor a courtesy email. I will be cancelling my VIP membership and will never do business with you guys again. I will also be ordering a chargeback. It's such a shame, I actually enjoyED this website and your sales, but I will not do any business with frauds.
