Poor customer service
2I ordered an item a few months ago which I never received. As a result, I contacted customer service to request a refund. They said that once the item was received back, they would issue it which is fair. However, it's been more than four months and I have yet to receive any responses. I've emailed multiple times since then almost begging for at least an update, and never received one, nor a courtesy email. I will be cancelling my VIP membership and will never do business with you guys again. I will also be ordering a chargeback. It's such a shame, I actually enjoyED this website and your sales, but I will not do any business with frauds.

Based on your style of writing in this post, I'd bet money that you were not clear/concise in your message to support. Regardless of what the confusion was, probably being them thinking you received an item you didn't ordering, you should contact them with more clarity, and less obnoxious accusations.
@er1c This response is rather easily understood and polite (Yours on the other hand.....). Especially after waiting 4 months for a refund and no response or update. @sysean actually seems like they've proceeded with this the right way. After a certain amount of time any of us start to feel aggravated. I love Meh but they aren't perfect nor blameless, you're approaching defending them to a fault - and rather obnoxiously at that.
@RedHot My defensive response to him was triggered by his announcement that he's going to chargeback, and calling them 'frauds'. His inquiry also lacks continuity. He claims his original gripe was with his package never showing up, yet he was perfectly content with being told "Once the item was received back, they would issue it." Contextually, unless he emailed them something unclear, or meh misunderstood his email, he should've seen that though he never received his item, their next action, providing a refund, won't be triggered until an action which, being he never received the item, is impossible for him to perform, it's obvious that unless, @sysean was the only customer meh had, it's irrealistic to expect meh to reinquire on a silent customer who they're expecting to receive an item from, especially four months later.
@er1c unless they assumed the package was marked "return to sender" because it wasn't able to be delivered.
@REDHOT Lern2read man. I emailed them multiple times throughout this four month period politely asking for an update, yet didn't receive one until I posted this on their forum. Thanks for your input, but I'm wondering if you're part of the meh PR team...
Also, at least I used actual words. Irrealistic?
@RedHot Which is a plausible scenario, which you'd hope someone would clarify in a rant which concludes in accusations such as meh being frauds.
@sysean Oops; I forgot, my mistake in spelling makes my points invalid, darn, guess you're exempt for reason.
@redhot meant my response to you to be toward the other guy. these "@s" were confusing but I get it now.
Hey @sysean, just replied back to your last CS email. Sorry for the situation on this one. Seems the package has been lost to the depths of the unknown. Let us know if you have any questions.
@MEHcus Thanks mate. I appreciate your response.
Ah, I see where the problem is--you signed up for VIP, not VMP. VMP users receive all of their orders while VIP folks receive the ability to order...and that's it. =P
@dis_member Does this "VIP" cost money?
@RedHot Yes, you simply change your mailing address to my address. This ensures you never receive any of your orders and maintain your ability to order.
@dis_member I'm feeling Important already
@RedHot If I'm gonna be impo'tent, I wanna look impo'tent.
@dis_member Do you take paypal?
@unoriginal26 I prefer money orders or checks for the $5 membership. But I also waive the fee if an order is made in the first month of VIP status. Also, unfortunately no badge exists bc Meh refuses to dignify this amazing
robberyopportunity.@dis_member Can I just sign over my 401k instead? You can never be too careful when it comes to money orders...I don't mind the lack of a badge, makes the club more secret which makes it more secure! Trust me.!
