@wew No, I’m just saying I’m tempted to spend some money on them. None of the reviews I saw mentioned anything about comfort, though. It’s strange though, the one link to Amy showed one review only, and that from 2013.
I don’t remember the “Buckle” – either I wasn’t a Mehtizen then, or they were completely forgettable.
The mPulse “bone phone” shaped tablet speaker that Meh had a month or so ago is actually quite good for what it is…I was impressed (given my limited expectations).
These don’t look too comfortable though, and I’ll think I’ll pass.
Not sure what went on with the mPulse company. They obviously created multiple products and then seem not to have spent 10 cents on marketing. It’s amazing that there are almost no reviews of their merchandise out there…
These are officially my favorite headphones now. I had started a more complete review and may come back to it, but I lost it to the interwebs and wanted to at least say how much I love them. It’s true that–as variously mentioned–the volume and track controls take a little getting used to, but I actually like the way that that works too, and it just takes a little adjustment to the way I handle these badass sound machines.
Nobody paid me to say that, but I would accept a gift of additional mPulse Rock headphones.
@joelmw So I actually just bought these on clearance from Morningsave. I paid $26 and change on the white ones. Do you still like these? I was torn on whether or not to get them. I am in no way an audiophile.
To be clear, the Jam Splash is still working fine; I just want to get a backup. And I’ve gotten more than my money out of both products. I use the headphones every damn day (at least work days, a little less often on the weekend), usually several hours a day.
