I purchase a Metawatch M1, now the app wont connect, according to Google Play users, this company it’s gone, as equal with your support, so I wondering if anyone has experienced this issue as well? Let me know…
I’ve been trying to find the time to look at the code and see if I can eliminate or change the url the app looks to for updates. Or if someone would buy the url and restore it then the app might work again. (?)
I just fired up my Meta M1 for the first time in a couple of months to look into this. It seems to sync up with the Android app on my phone just fine, surprisingly.
Ooh, it’s absolutely hammering some poor Yahoo! site in a vain attempt to find out about the weather though. Hitting query.yahooapis.com dozens of times a second.
My Fuko Metawatch has been in storage (nice way of saying, “it’s in the junk drawer.”) so I guess I’ll have to dig it out and check on this. But than again my toenails do need trimming…

Yup. I can confirm. The company is gone. The website is gone. The data sources are mostly gone. The watch is mostly useless.
Knew I should have put the one from a fuku on ebay when I got it.

i think goodwill recycles this stuff, if it’s really really really really dead dead dead.
