@mehdaf Me too. I have one on my wrist right now, also with the NATO strap. Bought it for $40 on morningsave and it came in on Black Friday, and even with a 40% price kick in the nuts that day, it's been great. It's not perfect, but it's great at notifications, lasts almost a week on a charge, and still works to tell time if the smart part is dead. Looks good and I can wear it doing things I wouldn't wear the Moto 360 or another more expensive watch.
@thekenya any 22mm watch band will go on it. If you search NATO strap you'll find lots of information and hundreds of choices - leather, nylon, colors, etc.
This strap was like $12 on Amazon, soft leather, matte finish, not necessarily the finest (some slight burrs on edges), but exactly the look I was wanting. The brand is Infantry.
@djslack The NATO strap would work better than a traditional strap because there is a gap between the post and the watch. The NATO goes under the watch and hides the gap. I like the color combo of yours. I was thinking about getting a darker brown strap just to mix things up.
Thought it was going to be a FUKU tonight since the site seemed to be unresponsive a half hour before midnight. And then it took a long time to load after midnight. Oh well, goodnight.
@0oiiiiio0 Crap! I've been caught. I spent a long time creating that image too and blew it with the date. I'm not good with Photoshop so it took me forever. It was supposed to be January 13, 2016 which is today's date. Oops. Oh man, I spent time trying to match the font and everything. I FUKU'd up!
Besides that, the date and time you put in is slightly tilted, and a few rows of pixels are missing from each character. (Trying to be constructive here)
@FroodyFrog Thanks for the feedback. I disagree about the date and time being tilted. When placing the text there, I did not rotate it at all and I used the original screen capture of the morningsave site.
Regarding missing a couple rows of pixels from each character, the original image doesn't have that problem so I am assuming when meh shrinks the image to embed it in the space allotted, the shrinking algorithm probably removed some of the pixels.
You can see the original image that I uploaded by right clicking on the image and viewing it in a new tab. Unfortunately (unfortunately for this issue but fortunately when I'm working on it), I have a very hi-res 30" monitor on my mac that I used and I had to save a lower resolution to make it a reasonable size before uploading it to imgur. A good way to tell how bad the original screenshot is through both compressions, you should look at the copyright notice on the original imgur page and you can see how the mac removed some pixels before meh removed more. I did not edit that in any way but it still looks horrible.
So I guess that when i zoom in a lot, because of blurriness, it just looks like some of the numbers are missing a few lines of pixel. And i was thinking of getting a random 3rd person to use a ruler and check for straightness, but meh.
Got one last time, I wear it when I don't want to risk my pebble, works pretty well (used with my iphone, not my android yet), it is a bit on the big side but I have a big wrist.
Because I constantly hear people complain about their wrist being too big or average when it comes to smart watches, I'll tell a tale which takes the other end of the size spectrum.
The biggest problem i had when i wanted to get a smart watch was that i have small wrists. I started off with the LG G Watch in October 2014, which, was great except for the fact it's a square watch and looked strange on my wrist. I was thinking about getting the original Moto 360, but, because of my frog-like wrists, i realized it would be too big. In the end though, I picked up the Huawei Watch this past December for $175 without a second thought, because not only was that price a steal, but despite it's size, because it looks fantastic, it's easy to ignore my wrist size.
Of all the amazing writeups, none have felt quite so personal as today's tribute to David Bowie. Thanks @jasontoon for sharing what came from your heart.
@cinoclav I think it's one of the first times I've run across someone mentioning The Pretty Things. No one I run with seems to know of them and that surprises the heck out of me. I think this was the first song of theirs that caught my ear when I was about 14 or 15.
Got the spousal unit the red one for MehMas, and she loves it, but has been wanting to get a less flashy black band for it. So in for one black watch this time, now she'll have black bands and a spare watch since she loves it...
Bought the red one on Black Friday (OH SWEET IRONY. OR WHATEVER THAT IS BECAUSE I DONT THINK IT IS IRONIC ACTUALLY). And I really dig it as a watch and a thing that lets me read incoming messages with slightly less chalance than pulling my phone out of my pocket.
The charging thing...dude. Standard micro USB port, yay. BUT having it recessed so far that you have to never lose the ExtendoPlug cord? Less yay. But that's my only complaint.
@CraigDanger Bought 3 last time, gave as gifts. The bastardized USB cord on one of them was bad and wouldn't charge. Ticket into Martian complete with mailing address, hope they'll just respond with 'on the way'
I got one here on Black Friday. One of the best purchases ive made in months. It looks nice, works pretty well. has a great battery life (closer to 4 days than 6). ITs great for work when i cant be on my phone. now if its ever an important vall or my boss I dont miss it. p.s. make sure to update the firmware when you get it. makes a huge difference.
@msujp You seem to have misread a few things. They said the product timing was coincidence, not the write up. The product allowed the writer to take advantage of the timing to say something they wanted to say. Not that they magically had this whole Bowie tribute and it aligned with the stars.
As far as pricing, you're assuming they could or should keep pricing the same. The cost to acquire the product might be higher this time. Or they might be selling well enough each time that meh was able to set pricing a little higher and still have great sales. Why would they sell it cheaper if it's selling well? That makes no sense.
Love the Ziggy Stardust image, and very touching write-up. I am one of those 'kids' and have been reading just about every write-up I can dig up. You did a great tribute piece. Thanks. (And I have two Martians, get compliments on them daily)
I bought this on November 2 and have worn it every day since I received it. Only three complaints, and they're pretty minor. 1) There's no second hand. 2) After several days, even though it's getting application alerts, it no longer seems to get date and weather updates from the iPhone. Opening the app on the phone seems to re-establish this connection. 3) I wish I knew where it gets its weather report from. There were several days in December where it reported the current conditions as "light snow", which was nowhere close to reality, and not what the iPhone Weather app was showing, either.
Battery life is pretty good. I charge it once every week or so.
Came to see the product and the write up, ended up genuinely surprised and touched. Sorta was a "You know what, screw it. Let me talk for a bit about how awesome Bowie was." Nicely done.
This watch is awesome! I bought it last time they had the deal and I love it. I work in retail banking in a very rich area and get compliments all the time on it. If I wear a cheap watch, I will get called out on it for sure. This one is definitely one of my least expensive watches I've bought but people always think it's really expensive! The charge hold out for days, even with constant texts. I even had a coworker text bomb me because he thought it was funny how it vibrates with every text and even after 300 texts in one hour it held for 3 days. This has been my favorite meh purchase and everyone asks where I bought it. I'm highly considering buying another color, I highly reccomend. I'm a lil drunk right now for sorry if there is Grammer mistakes, but I had to comment saying how great it is. Defitely worth the money. I got white btw, pictures make it look cheap but it's better in person.
I cant have my phone on me at work. I lock it up in break room, my watch still recieves notifications really far. Even at my house i can be in backyard with my phone charging inside and recieve notifications. When im really close to my phone, my watch will vibrate before my phone does!! I never really wanted a smart watch but i wear watches but i am so happy with this purchase. It is much better in person! I dont have one complaint! I love it, i respond to texts much better now!
@aaaapatrickaaaa wow aaaapatrick, what a great review. This made me buy one, i bought black. I know u bought white, but i think i need a change. Awesome review!
I got a black one for four bucks last time and have been happy with it. The tough part was getting used to wearing a watch again after twelve years without one.
After seeing a white one with a brown leather band in an Amazon review I decided to get one of those, too, even if it is four dollars more.
Bought two last time; kept one, gave one away for X-mas. Person I gave it to loves it. I think it's pretty good for everyday wear. Certainly worth the money.
PROS: Does what it says, pairs easily (unlike many other bluetooth devices) , gives alerts on news (that's how I found out Bowie was dead, unfortunately), weather updates, sports updates (I don't need this, but I guess some people do...) etc. Will adjust itself to new timezone when iPhone does, doesn't look nearly as cheap as it is, although I hate the plastic band (Hello, 1975 wants its watch back...).
CONS: Hate the plastic band. loses connection with iPhone sometimes, and needs to be re-connected through the app, does not always show time (needs to be re-connected through the app), proprietary charging cable (necessary, due to the watch's design, but a pain in the ass nonetheless...), did I mention I hate the plastic band?
All in all, a good value for an everyday watch. This way I can leave my CITIZEN home for those times I REALLY need it, like travel (works independent of iPhone, unlike this watch, which is totally dependent on a smartphone for time)...
Thank you for the tribute to Bowie, Jason. He was one of my favorites, and taken from us way too soon. I was one of those kids his music reached, and he really did make my teen years better. I cannot tell you how many times I listened to "suffragette city" and "rebel rebel" when I was growing up, although "Heroes" is my current favorite, and I think "Life on Mars" is one of the greatest songs ever written. His "This is not America" is as relevant to today's political situation as it was twenty years ago.
He was one of the few white guys of the era who got respect in the Black community because he understood our music and tried to relate to it ("Young Americans", "Let's Dance", "Boys keep swinging"). Unlike many performers (Elvis, Jerry Lee Lewis, Pat Boone), he didn't steal from the black community, but instead tried to emulate and translate it into his own work. Although he wasn't always successful, they were at least good and genuine tries. Maybe it comes from his having grown up in Brixton and learning to play Jazz sax in High School...
My mom once said, "you know, that skinny white man can really sing.."
Later on, hanging out in the punk clubs of NYC's East Village, I saw his influence on many bands. He made Iggy Pop better, and without Bowie, there would be no Madonna, Kanye West, Adele, or Lady GaGa (at least not as we know them today...).
I saw him on TV on those same shows you mentioned, and you left out his "little drummer boy" with Bing Crosby, which is still my favorite christmas song.
I didn't listen to Bowie at all yesterday, as he was already on my "most played" list, along with Pink Floyd, The Who and Queen ( guess I just have a "thing" for British rock). I play them all in constant rotation on the iPod (yes, I still got an iPod...), so there was no need to be a "poser", because he was already the soundtrack of my life.
Bowie was always seriously avant-garde, so his music didn't appeal to everyone, but the world of music was made better by his presence, and will be made worse by his passing.
Bought the black one the first time they went up, the white one on Black Friday, and the red one today. Collection: Complete.
I've also got the original Pebble, and the MetaWatch M1 (via Meh). I'm bringing that up to illustrate a comparative point: For day-to-day use, the Martian Notifier is my favorite. Why? One simple reason: The impact on my iPhone 5C battery when connected all day (and night) is negligible. With the M1 or the Pebble, I'll often hit 50% or less on my battery by the time I leave my office for the day. With the Notifier, it's usually still in the mid-70's on battery percentage.
It's the least feature-packed of my "budge smartwatch" collection, but it does what I really need it to do: Give me a caller ID and all the notifications (text, Facebook, calendar, app notifications, etc.) that I need it to. It also doesn't cut off texts the way the M1 does. And I can call up past notifications relatively simply.
My collection of smartwatches grew by 1 today, and I know it will get used and used well. I hope this mini-review helps out some folks who might be on the fence.
I bought one of these the first time through at $34. It's been hard to get into the habit of wearing a watch again but it's quite functional.
I don't like the "smartwatch look" so i have avoided buying the apple watch or similar. This analog watch with smart functions built in is a great way to go. Lasts a week on a charge, too.
For meh prices it's fine, but for the original $200 or whatever I'd be underwhelmed by the appearance. With the black silicone band, even though it's analog, it really brings to mind a casio. Might be better with the colored band, too garish for my taste though.
Looks better with this $10 watchband. The quality control on the bands is truly meh - the first one i got broke as i was unwrapping it. So far the second has held up to a couple weeks of daily wear. Here's my amazon review including a picture on the Martian.
I got a black one last time. Loved it (once I replaced band with black leather strap).
Getting a white one this time I'm going to pair it with a red, white, and blue striped nylon NATO band. Will probably buy a brown leather strap for it too for when I need something more formal.
@Alien@KDemo@billymayfield@cinoclav@marnakangas@AnnaB@jaremelz@bluejester@mike808@comics360 - Thanks for the kind words. I knew I was going out on a very shaky limb with this one, so I'm tremendously relieved to know the respect came through. I consider myself a casual Bowie fan and don't want to step on anybody's more hard-earned grief. But I've really been surprised how much this affected me, right from the time I heard the news. Stay weird, y'all.
@JasonToon Your writeup is so good I've shared it with several grieving friends, who all say it's masterful. You're one fine writer, and I thank you. I'm looking forward to whatever bio feature BBC will put together.
@JasonToon I was a hardcore fan in junior high in high school, just after he made his best music (Young Americans, Station to Station, and Low came out during my awareness, but I was buying and really getting into everything earlier).
I haven't cared much for anything he's done since, well, I bought Lodger and Scary Monsters, and they were OK, but Heroes was the last album I really liked. That's why I was surprised at how hard his death hit me. He was a central figure in my teen years.
@JasonToon My pleasure. And thanks much for the Extras. Had completely forgotten it and I really needed the humor.
My favorite tribute will probably remain the naming of the first human outpost on the red planet (Doctor Who "The Waters of Mars") Bowie Base One. It should happen.
My husband works in manufacturing, and spends a lot of time on the shop floor (not like that - stop it), where he's reluctant to take his smartphone. This will let him know that there's something to check on back in his office.
That was an amazingly beautiful David Bowie memorial you wrote. I can only hope I get one as poignant and humorously honest when my time to shuffle off this mortal coil rolls around. And thanks for digging out the excellent video links.
@LewisB The top post in every product thread is the Specs post - and it has all kinds of useful information, including delivery estimates for that product. This one is:
I had purchased this watch from AT&T for $99.00 & I only had one color to choose from. I saw this deal, I returned the one I had bought & bought the color I wanted for $66.00 less. I got the watch yesterday & its newer & I love it!!!
Love it. I had ordered one off another site & paid $60.00 more, after I received this I shipped the other back. Super fast shipping considering the winter storm we had.
@cmd820 Hi Cliff, you should write in to meh.com/support for help with your dud. (I also edited your post to remove your phone number. Posting your personal info in the forums is a terrible idea.)

Meh, I have a phone, no thanks...
@densa bought one and loves it, with his NATO band...
https://meh.com/forum/topics/martian-watch-with-leather-nato-strap
@mehdaf Me too. I have one on my wrist right now, also with the NATO strap. Bought it for $40 on morningsave and it came in on Black Friday, and even with a 40% price kick in the nuts that day, it's been great. Looks good and I can wear it doing things I wouldn't wear the Moto 360 or another more expensive watch.
@mehdaf can someone provide with a link or info about buying different bands? I don't know too much about bands
@thekenya Here's the one I bought...I really like it.
@thekenya I bought a 22mm band from https://www.etsy.com/listing/244705187/barton-watch-bands-nato-style-straps-12?ref=market and I really like it. I get compliments on the watch's appearance.
@djslack The NATO strap would work better than a traditional strap because there is a gap between the post and the watch. The NATO goes under the watch and hides the gap. I like the color combo of yours. I was thinking about getting a darker brown strap just to mix things up.
Notify me when stuff doesn't repeat on here
@CrossIT Sounds good, notify me when they've invented a time machine.
@dave you sound like your brother.
Thought it was going to be a FUKU tonight since the site seemed to be unresponsive a half hour before midnight. And then it took a long time to load after midnight. Oh well, goodnight.
@cengland0 It's about that time and i'm on edge every night.
@cengland0 same
@cengland0 You must have missed the Fuku on Morningsave.
@densa I didn't miss it. You mean this one, right?
I just thought there was going to be one on Meh as well.
@cengland0 Yeah. That was the one. The secret one. I'm glad you got one too. Hopefully they have one on Meh too.
@densa November 13th, 2016? Is that a future fuku? lol

@cengland0 I was impressed and noticed the date but wanted to play along.
@densa Sometimes I feel like a complete idiot. Actually, most of the time.
I bought the white one last time, I get complimented and asked about it all the time
@riceatusc well....congrats on that
@riceatusc Awesome. The only thing that would've made this story better is reading it on a tiny watch face.
@riceatusc how is the BlueTooth range in practice? (The Martian website states 10-20 ft.)
@mgessel pretty accurate range. When i go upstairs away from it there's a 50% it losses connection but usually gets it back as i am going down.
Fuck no!
I've already got two of these, so "meh." The watches are cool though.
Just 'watch' me not buy this......
@UncleEdZed My reaction to your pun (R.I.P. Bowie)
@UncleEdZed I have to hand it to you, it was about time someone used that Pun.
Come on Meh, if you're gonna honor Bowie, at least choose a better item.
@Tin_Foil I grimaced at the product tie-in but kept reading and (as expected) @JasonToon more than made up for it.
@Tin_Foil Right?! Some other smart wear perhaps.
surprise surprise @Alien is on board with Martian...
@mehdaf So long as it isn't the Illudium Q-36 Explosive Space Modulator in disguise... I'm not sure you Earthlings can be trusted.
This is the best ever. Let's me know what's coming into my iphone in my pocket. Convenient easy. Bought everyone one for Xmas
4 straight errors made me think I missed a fuku. Well f u meh for my minor heart attack.
Thank you for the write up, @JasonToon. (And the perfect clickface @kylethephotoguy)
@KDemo this is my favorite clickface...of all time. Well done @kylethephotoguy
No. No! Definitely no. No? Maybe? No. No.
Pebble.
@legendornothing PEBBLE!
@lichme LIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICH!
@carl669 Caaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarl!
Very touching writeup. Rest in peace
Got one last time, I wear it when I don't want to risk my pebble, works pretty well (used with my iphone, not my android yet), it is a bit on the big side but I have a big wrist.
@thismyusername
In the end though, I picked up the Huawei Watch this past December for $175 without a second thought, because not only was that price a steal, but despite it's size, because it looks fantastic, it's easy to ignore my wrist size.
some pics for those wondering about size
Pebble on left / Martian on right
@FroodyFrog no complaints here... my wrists are just the right size. :)
@thismyusername I love the pics around the tube of zip ties. Aren't those zip tie bundles so useful!!!
@mehdaf indeed. ziptie all the things!
@thismyusername
If this pic is anything to judge by, this m then yeah, it looks decent with regards to these watches fitting nicely:
@thismyusername i have that same container of zip ties! uhh... you're not in my house taking watch pictures, are you?
@carl669 A container? Noob. Don't you know containers are so 2012. Pallets are what's in right now.
Caaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarl
@carl669 where do you keep the snacks?
@thismyusername kitchen. double cabinet, the one on the left. you hooves can work child locks, right?
Of all the amazing writeups, none have felt quite so personal as today's tribute to David Bowie. Thanks @jasontoon for sharing what came from your heart.

Glad I didn't WATCH the time too closely tonight
Two bucks less than over at Yugster
Still wish the black one had the same face as the other two (hash marks without Roman numerals)
@ruouttaurmind
This says 28.97, that's with my membership discount. This should go for 29.97 for everyone.
Got the spousal unit the red one for MehMas, and she loves it, but has been wanting to get a less flashy black band for it. So in for one black watch this time, now she'll have black bands and a spare watch since she loves it...
@Serk now she'll never go back to the red one.

@CraigDanger '... less chalance...' saw what you did there. B-)
@AmazingChicken Can't have too much chalance, now can we? Everyone will want some and think they're all swaive and debohner.
Now, excuse me while I resume my evening saunter.
@CraigDanger Bought 3 last time, gave as gifts. The bastardized USB cord on one of them was bad and wouldn't charge. Ticket into Martian complete with mailing address, hope they'll just respond with 'on the way'
Is the increase in price due to the Golden Globe win by Matt Damon? He wasn't that good.
Many disagree.
@nani Thanks for the tip! Just got one, nice to see a positive review
@nani Wow. Had mine sine the BF deal and never thought to update a watch's firmware. Thanks for the info.
@nani Mine just arrived, charged, removed the protective cover (no wonder it felt funny) and updated the firmware. Thanks for the heads up.
Sorry but this a woot bought by amazan level joke.
Yeah right u just accidentally put this up with a Bowie write up. You guys are as bad as iTunes advertising the hell out of his albums now.
At least if u pulled this crap u could've made it cheaper than the other two times u sold it.
Still haven't been disappointed by dropping my vmp
@msujp You seem to have misread a few things. They said the product timing was coincidence, not the write up. The product allowed the writer to take advantage of the timing to say something they wanted to say. Not that they magically had this whole Bowie tribute and it aligned with the stars.

@msujp *Amazon *you *you *you *you
@carl669… hey now, s/he got one 'you' right!
Love the Ziggy Stardust image, and very touching write-up. I am one of those 'kids' and have been reading just about every write-up I can dig up. You did a great tribute piece. Thanks.
(And I have two Martians, get compliments on them daily)
@marnakangas, because you're wearing them at them same time? 😜
@haydesigner same 'time' haha 👍🏼
Deja vu tres
Specs say it'd be utterly gigantic on my delicate wrist. My current watch (which is a pretty good fit for me) has less than half the width. Meh.

Battery life is pretty good. I charge it once every week or so.
Well said, @JasonToon
A Martian day is 24 hours, 40 minutes; a Martian week is 7 days, 4 hours, 40 minutes?
@cy 24h 39m 35.24409s
Mars' solar day is only about 2.7% longer than Earth's
@thismyusername You sure its only "about" 3 digits of accuracy there, brah?
I just spent the last 3 hours over at /mu/ dissecting the "Lazarus" video, so you have my complete attention...I like this watch.
The watch goes beyond meh, the tribute to Bowie was lovely.
Thank you,
One of the misfit kids
Came to see the product and the write up, ended up genuinely surprised and touched. Sorta was a "You know what, screw it. Let me talk for a bit about how awesome Bowie was." Nicely done.
@JasonToon: Fearless imagination. Heroes are not just for one day.
First Bowie, and now the Rams are coming home.
@aaaapatrickaaaa additional details
@aaaapatrickaaaa no problem, thanks for taking ur TIME to read my review :)
@aaaapatrickaaaa no thank you! Thank you for taking your TIME to write this review. Ill WATCH out for u in the comment section ;)
@aaaapatrickaaaa did you just thank yourself for writing and reading your own review?
@aaaapatrickaaaa best thread ever
Make a "Martian Watch Stand" like this.
Using the Basic Components
Preparation: kitchen wrap and tape
Attach the tape with kitchen wrap
Cut off for the charging line tail
Erect, Using 3M Double-sided foam tape
It should be necessary to improve completion.
(It was omitted for brevity.)
Finish
I got a black one for four bucks last time and have been happy with it. The tough part was getting used to wearing a watch again after twelve years without one.
After seeing a white one with a brown leather band in an Amazon review I decided to get one of those, too, even if it is four dollars more.
Martian Notifier. It's a wonderful watch!
Bought two last time; kept one, gave one away for X-mas. Person I gave it to loves it. I think it's pretty good for everyday wear. Certainly worth the money.
PROS:
Does what it says, pairs easily (unlike many other bluetooth devices) , gives alerts on news (that's how I found out Bowie was dead, unfortunately), weather updates, sports updates (I don't need this, but I guess some people do...) etc. Will adjust itself to new timezone when iPhone does, doesn't look nearly as cheap as it is, although I hate the plastic band (Hello, 1975 wants its watch back...).
CONS:
Hate the plastic band. loses connection with iPhone sometimes, and needs to be re-connected through the app, does not always show time (needs to be re-connected through the app), proprietary charging cable (necessary, due to the watch's design, but a pain in the ass nonetheless...), did I mention I hate the plastic band?
All in all, a good value for an everyday watch. This way I can leave my CITIZEN home for those times I REALLY need it, like travel (works independent of iPhone, unlike this watch, which is totally dependent on a smartphone for time)...
@comics360 The analog watch is independent of the smartphone functions on the one I have.
@comics360 I've not encountered the same problems that you're having. Did you update the firmware?
Two thumbs up! Got one last time, no more reaching for the phone...just glance at the wrist, it is so handy!
Fantastic watch. Horrible band.
Buy watch. Replace band.
I got a black one last time. Loved it (once I replaced band with black leather strap).
Getting a white one this time I'm going to pair it with a red, white, and blue striped nylon NATO band. Will probably buy a brown leather strap for it too for when I need something more formal.
That last video....
you people and your good reviews of this watch. making me want to buy it. i already 4 watches. i figuratively hate you all.
@Alien @KDemo @billymayfield @cinoclav @marnakangas @AnnaB @jaremelz @bluejester @mike808 @comics360 - Thanks for the kind words.
@JasonToon Great article. Thanks.
@JasonToon My pleasure. And thanks much for the Extras. Had completely forgotten it and I really needed the humor.
My favorite tribute will probably remain the naming of the first human outpost on the red planet (Doctor Who "The Waters of Mars") Bowie Base One. It should happen.
@JasonToon Something about Bowie has inspired tributes that will last. Bowie's son released an open letter, written to his father by a palliative care physician.

It's about TIME I bought a smart watch. Thanks for the deal.
Already bought 3 of these, one of each color. Daughters love them so much I feel guilty not buying another.
The one I got didn't work for me. Too meh to dig in deeper and figure out why.
@cfg83 If you decide to pursue it, there is a 1 year warranty.
My husband works in manufacturing, and spends a lot of time on the shop floor (not like that - stop it), where he's reluctant to take his smartphone. This will let him know that there's something to check on back in his office.
@tmdowling your husband manufactures skulls?
Nope; that's my order number: "natural-exquisite-crown" -- see image's mouse-over. :)
@tmdowling How far will he be from his office? In my house I can go into adjacent rooms but not past that.
@craigthom Oh, shoot. That may not work, then. Well, maybe I'll take it. :) Thanks for letting me know!
This watch face is bigger than both my wrists. And a tad ugly. Passed last time and will pass again.
That was an amazingly beautiful David Bowie memorial you wrote. I can only hope I get one as poignant and humorously honest when my time to shuffle off this mortal coil rolls around. And thanks for digging out the excellent video links.
How about one of his best songs...../
"The Meh Who Sold the World"?
After you order one, how long does it take to get it. I'm in Georgia
Mine showed up with a dead watch battery.. the digital bits work just fine, the time piece doesn't move at all. /sigh
@CapnLuke Will it accept a charge at all?
@Thumperchick @CapnLuke Did you push the crown in? If so and it's just the watch part, a regular watch battery should get it back going.
I bought this watch. I love it. Meh
I just changed the watch band ALL BY MYSELF. A standard 22 mm band bought online works perfectly. No instrument is required. Now I need more watchbands. https://www.martianwatches.com/support/notifier-smartwatch/video-tutorials/
Love it. I had ordered one off another site & paid $60.00 more, after I received this I shipped the other back. Super fast shipping considering the winter storm we had.
The notifier part works ok but the WATCH DOES NOT WORK TO KEEP TIME.
Glad everyone else got one that works...
Bummer!
Any refunds for dud watch?

@cmd820 Hi Cliff, you should write in to meh.com/support for help with your dud. (I also edited your post to remove your phone number. Posting your personal info in the forums is a terrible idea.)
@Thumperchick darn it I was just coming to get the number to setup the robo dialer... you really put the kibosh on me.
