I think having it near a door to stand on after coming in from the rain or snow might be the best use of it for me. Those times when your clothes get all drenched, and you’re cold - just step on it before going farther inside the house with snowy/wet clothes.

Since I already have it, I’ve thought about using it to sterilize toothbrushes and maybe hand washed glasses. Of course, the reason why I’d need to sterilize toothbrushes quickly is because my kid climbed up and threw them on the floor… so you could probably just use a dishwasher for that.
We received a broken something, husband said planter, I am on vacation so u have to take his word for it. However there were a few other things which made it worth it! Jacket, sleep machine and such. Oh and a very curious black cat.

I received a Sunbeam Shiatsu foot massager with remote. I have actually wanted one for a while, but never purchased. I also got a pair of sunglasses that I like (and I am really good at losing sunglasses), a portable charger in a light up compact, a pair of panties and a white IRK bag (that shows the dirt it came out of the box with). Overall, I can’t say I have too much regret. Thanks Meh!
My IRK isn’t very impressive, I had more fun playing with the app that I used to make the picture collage than I did looking through the contents. And Tuc (the cat) wasn’t even interested in the box, that’s a first!

*I got twins, TWIN DINOSAURS! I’ve been obsessed with these cute little guys since I first saw them, but NOT enough to spend $5.00! And, they offered two different ones. Don’t know if they’ll make the cut to the display case but I’ve already had my 10 minutes of fun. Seems like I need to dedicate one shelf to my Meh merch and fun finds. Kind of like Andy Cohen does in the Bravo playhouse.
All in all… not the worst IRK ever but certainly a close second! DEFINITELY not worth the $22 (after the refund for other purchases) but I KNEW this was a possibility going into it!

Got a brown IRK bag, pair of splashproof Bluetooth speakers, a SMARTech rechargeable flashlight/jump starter/power bank, and what I think is a mattress topper for a twin size bed. I say think, because it’s one of those things that will expand massively once you cut the super tight plastic wrap, and the label telling you what it is that likely went around the super tight plastic wrap is missing. It is twin size, and 18" deep, so fitted cushion top mattress topper seems most likely. Strangely, I’ve been shopping for a new mattress and boxspring in that size for the guest room. This will actually come in handy.
I got one of those shoe organizers. Good thing for wasting closet space. I got a nice thermal traveler. And for the big finish, a Dash Delight stand alone mixer. We’ll see if it works. Of course the IRK bag.

IRK wasn’t too regrettable! 1 Cuisinart Custom Select 4 slice toaster. My current 4 slice toaster only works on 2 so this is a score! 1 Phylian Electric Toothbrush. Stack of microfiber cloths. 1 Malibu Skye purse and wallet set. Couldn’t find the same model on their site but one similar purse shows $168 and the wallet $48. Going to try to flip that! Worth the gamble since my last B.O.C. on that other site was total crap!

Irk arrived on Sunday but was too exhausted from helping clean bff’s apartment prior to her move to Florida. She reminded me yesterday. Large flat box that has since been repurposed for moving box. Inside was a tacklife robot vacuum cleaner and that’s all. Or so I thought. Since the vacuum was open box, in place of the packing material was a bottle of hand sanitizer, two power banks: one with a compact mirror, one with a wristlet, two tracks (still), a nice wallet purse I can take on my next cruise and a white irk bag.

Years ago I thought I’d like to go on a cruise for my honeymoon, then I decided I didn’t want to be married and somehow (sadly) cruising got put on the back burner. I’m not sure if I’ll get there now only because of health stuff and physical limitations. But then again, NEVER SAY NEVER!

That reminds me of a poem/story I read about an old woman who finally had a lifestyle (retired) where she could wear her jewels and diamonds but NOW she was afraid because her fragile aging body made her vulnerable to being attacked and robbed. I just had that conversation with my mom when she came to see me and her fingers were sparkling with her gems! She admitted she’d better return them to her safe and how she’d thought the same thing.

@Kyeh Have you tried out the body dryer yet? You could hang your towel over it and have a warm toasty towel after your shower. But then again, you probably have a clothes dryer.
@Lynnerizer I haven’t tried it yet. My dryer is in the basement so no help for that, but I have one of those little oil-filled space heaters so in the winter I drape the towel over it; it works great!

@funsyd Sorry, I’m just seeing this now. I’m no expert in the uploading of pics, I just prefer to see them posted with the IRK reveals. Probably why I’ve done the last few in a collage. And, I only have experience on my android cellphone. If I remember correctly I just add the 2nd and 3rd pic info after the 1st one, and I knowing myself I most likely started the 2nd one on a new line. I will say that since you got at least one pic posted (which is BETTER THAN MOST) you’re almost there!
@Lynnerizer yeah I wanted to start with the Cookware box and add the other pics but it’s weird because sometimes it looked uploaded then there was no pic there when actually uploaded to site. Oh well.
@funsyd The interface only supports uploading one image at a time, even though more than one can be uploaded into a single comment or reply. It’s designed to give you the chance to provide descriptive alternate text for each image, and that would get complicated to code if there was more than one image per upload.
@funsyd So I guess from what werehatrack said up above is that you do have to do it one at a time. Sometimes it’s tricky uploading them, I know once in a while I’ve had to try several times before it actually does it correctly. I’ll get messages saying my memory is too low or that I can’t upload videos. Of course I wasn’t trying to upload a video, my phone thought otherwise. Go figure… It’s not like we’re kids and grew up with all this technology. We’ll get it eventually, we’ve got grit and we don’t give up!

Re: dashcams, there are a few good ones and a lot of junk, and it can be difficult to weed through them. About the best thing I can recommend is finding YouTube sample footage from a model you are considering to see how it handles different conditions. Almost all of them look good in optimum conditions - an overcast day with nice diffuse lighting, or even a bright day with the sun at your back. The bad ones quickly become obvious when the light is lower or things are backlit.
@djslack Thanks for the advice, I’ll definitely check out YouTube once I pick one out. Right now I’m still trying to figure out what features I should be looking for, there was options I didn’t even know about when I first started. Like if I want it hard wired or just plug it in with visible wires. I’m just in the process of getting a scooter lift installed and obviously that’s going to be hard wired and I don’t know how many things I can have pulling off the battery? I’d like the camera to record behind me too and to be motion activated and that way I could have video when it’s in my parking lot. (Condo living and all) The other option is to point one of my kitty cameras out my window, that’s what one of my neighbors does, she sees everything! Her nickname is “The Peeper” but that’s another story!

@Pony The Ring Doorbell looks like the wired variety, so make sure you have the ability to connect it to an existing doorbell setup. The Ring service now costs $50 a year, so clearly Amazon makes more from the subscriptions than the doorbells and cameras at this point. Enjoy!
@Pony The ring doorbell I got in the last irk was refurbished so likely yours is too. Hopefully it will work. I haven’t heard from the person who has mine (since in the apartment building we can’t have one) if it works or if they have even installed it yet.

@werehatrack yes someone in Texas who they can drive the Trackrs to personally. Have a bunch of balloons and a giant cardboard sign that says “Congratulations, You’ve got the last Trackrs”. Have it a big publishers clearing house style event.
Like cooking and breaking them down so they compress into the spaces allowed. You can freeze seasoned meat (seafood especially). The shells can be ground up and powdered (makes a nice umami seasoning). The offal can be made into… Stuff probably.

@pakopako I steamed them at the beach and froze them for travel. They actually re-steam surprisingly well. My wife actually picked about a pound before we left and I made a corn and crab chowder on Sunday. Tasty!

Since I already have it, I’ve thought about using it to sterilize toothbrushes and maybe hand washed glasses. Of course, the reason why I’d need to sterilize toothbrushes quickly is because my kid climbed up and threw them on the floor… so you could probably just use a dishwasher for that.

I received a Sunbeam Shiatsu foot massager with remote. I have actually wanted one for a while, but never purchased. I also got a pair of sunglasses that I like (and I am really good at losing sunglasses), a portable charger in a light up compact, a pair of panties and a white IRK bag (that shows the dirt it came out of the box with). I didn’t get one this time, but I found it amusing that this IRK reveal thread didn’t have the word IRK in its title.
My IRK isn’t very impressive, I had more fun playing with the app that I used to make the picture collage than I did looking through the contents.

Seems like Meh attempted to follow through with the whole twin thing, at least with a couple items.

I am curious to know WHY you need something other than water to clean eyeglasses or screens, seems a bit extra and wasteful if you ask me.

Got a brown IRK bag, pair of splashproof Bluetooth speakers, a SMARTech rechargeable flashlight/jump starter/power bank, and what I think is a mattress topper for a twin size bed. I say think, because it’s one of those things that will expand massively once you cut the super tight plastic wrap, and the label telling you what it is that likely went around the super tight plastic wrap is missing. It is twin size, and 18" deep, so fitted cushion top mattress topper seems most likely. Strangely, I’ve been shopping for a new mattress and boxspring in that size for the guest room. This will actually come in handy.
I got one of those shoe organizers. Good thing for wasting closet space. I got a nice thermal traveler. And for the big finish, a Dash Delight stand alone mixer. We’ll see if it works. Of course the IRK bag.

Meh in the wild- I saw the ginger chews for sale in the self checkout line at cvs yesterday. I wanted to take a pick but there was people behind me and I had to much stuff in my hands.
IRK wasn’t too regrettable! 1 Cuisinart Custom Select 4 slice toaster. My current 4 slice toaster only works on 2 so this is a score! 1 Phylian Electric Toothbrush. Stack of microfiber cloths. 1 Malibu Skye purse and wallet set. Couldn’t find the same model on their site but one similar purse shows $168 and the wallet $48. Going to try to flip that! Worth the gamble since my last B.O.C. on that other site was total crap!

Irk arrived on Sunday but was too exhausted from helping clean bff’s apartment prior to her move to Florida. She reminded me yesterday. Large flat box that has since been repurposed for moving box. Inside was a tacklife robot vacuum cleaner and that’s all. Or so I thought. Since the vacuum was open box, in place of the packing material was a bottle of hand sanitizer, two power banks: one with a compact mirror, one with a wristlet, two tracks (still), a nice wallet purse I can take on my next cruise and a white irk bag.
Might try out the vacuum in the living room to see if it works. Thanks meh!

Years ago I thought I’d like to go on a cruise for my honeymoon, then I decided I didn’t want to be married and somehow (sadly) cruising got put on the back burner.

So I finally overcame my inertia and trepidation and opened the box. I found:

@Kyeh Have you tried out the body dryer yet? You could hang your towel over it and have a warm toasty towel after your shower. But then again, you probably have a clothes dryer.
@Lynnerizer I haven’t tried it yet. My dryer is in the basement so no help for that, but I have one of those little oil-filled space heaters so in the winter I drape the towel over it; it works great!

@funsyd Sorry, I’m just seeing this now. I’m no expert in the uploading of pics, I just prefer to see them posted with the IRK reveals. Probably why I’ve done the last few in a collage.
And, I only have experience on my android cellphone. If I remember correctly I just add the 2nd and 3rd pic info after the 1st one, and I knowing myself I most likely started the 2nd one on a new line. I will say that since you got at least one pic posted (which is BETTER THAN MOST) you’re almost there! 
@Lynnerizer yeah I wanted to start with the Cookware box and add the other pics but it’s weird because sometimes it looked uploaded then there was no pic there when actually uploaded to site. Oh well.
@funsyd The interface only supports uploading one image at a time, even though more than one can be uploaded into a single comment or reply. It’s designed to give you the chance to provide descriptive alternate text for each image, and that would get complicated to code if there was more than one image per upload.
@funsyd So I guess from what werehatrack said up above is that you do have to do it one at a time. Sometimes it’s tricky uploading them, I know once in a while I’ve had to try several times before it actually does it correctly. I’ll get messages saying my memory is too low or that I can’t upload videos. Of course I wasn’t trying to upload a video, my phone thought otherwise.
Go figure… It’s not like we’re kids and grew up with all this technology. 
We’ll get it eventually, we’ve got grit and we don’t give up!

Re: dashcams, there are a few good ones and a lot of junk, and it can be difficult to weed through them. About the best thing I can recommend is finding YouTube sample footage from a model you are considering to see how it handles different conditions. Almost all of them look good in optimum conditions - an overcast day with nice diffuse lighting, or even a bright day with the sun at your back. The bad ones quickly become obvious when the light is lower or things are backlit.

Right now I’m still trying to figure out what features I should be looking for, there was options I didn’t even know about when I first started. Like if I want it hard wired or just plug it in with visible wires. I’m just in the process of getting a scooter lift installed and obviously that’s going to be hard wired and I don’t know how many things I can have pulling off the battery? I’d like the camera to record behind me too and to be motion activated and that way I could have video when it’s in my parking lot. (Condo living and all) The other option is to point one of my kitty cameras out my window, that’s what one of my neighbors does, she sees everything!

@Pony The Ring Doorbell looks like the wired variety, so make sure you have the ability to connect it to an existing doorbell setup. The Ring service now costs $50 a year, so clearly Amazon makes more from the subscriptions than the doorbells and cameras at this point. Enjoy!
@Pony @Shoebox23 but you can get a solar cell compatible for it, we have one on one of our out buildings that doesn’t have power.
@Pony The ring doorbell I got in the last irk was refurbished so likely yours is too. Hopefully it will work. I haven’t heard from the person who has mine (since in the apartment building we can’t have one) if it works or if they have even installed it yet.

Sorry no pictures… I’m unpacking and also figuring out how to get 4 dozen crabs in the freezer 
@capnjb surprised they didn’t save them all for the birthday IRKs to do a massive trackr-palooza to add extra regret to the festive IRK.
@OnionSoup For all we know, the ones sent to the cap’n may have just been a distraction in advance of “It’s 2021 hour!” when the items will all be multiples of masks and TrackRs.
I still say that the shipment of the very last TrackR should be a full-on Ceremonial Event with its very own video. Perhaps to a carefully chosen mehtizen whose reaction will then be captured on video as the package is hand-delivered…
@werehatrack yes someone in Texas who they can drive the Trackrs to personally. Have a bunch of balloons and a giant cardboard sign that says “Congratulations, You’ve got the last Trackrs”. Have it a big publishers clearing house style event.

Like cooking and breaking them down so they compress into the spaces allowed. You can freeze seasoned meat (seafood especially). The shells can be ground up and powdered (makes a nice umami seasoning). The offal can be made into… Stuff probably.

Oh wow, that sounds like a FUN trip, and 4 dozen crabs is a pretty decent souvenir!
Now you can kick back and destress from your vacation while eating crabs and getting your legs massaged! ENJOY!
@pakopako I steamed them at the beach and froze them for travel. They actually re-steam surprisingly well.
My wife actually picked about a pound before we left and I made a corn and crab chowder on Sunday. Tasty! 
A box appeared last week and I was busy with some stuff so I didn’t open it until today. I opened it now and found a Dreametech cordless vac box and I thought “Did I order this? — I don’t remember ordering this”
Then I saw it was from sidedeal.com and remembered it must be the IRK, and I’ve heard it’s common to get a larger item with other stuff put in the box. and so it was….

*Dreametech cordless vac used-in-box. Most of it looks unused but someone wrote serial # on user manual so they were probably calling for service. Not a good sign. Most accessories still in plastic bags in original packaging.

Well,… it was fun. Not sure what I will do with the stuff. Mostly I have yet to play with the vac and figure out what is missing/broken. It must have been returned for some reason. Will update when I check it out.
@pmarin UPDATE to my post above. As feared, the Dreametech vac is in dead-in-box condition. It’s most likely the battery but it’s possible it’s the main unit. Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play? Sorry, old joke.

@Bretterson Wow, that’s an expensive phone charger, $72 and change on the Amazon and it doesn’t even scroll through your pictures! It’s just a regular picture frame with a Qi charger!
