It's my birthday! Plus, a reveal...
22Today, September 17th, is my 33rd birthday! To mark the occasion, I will show to you all the first one-off advertising prototype for what will hopefully become a successful public launch of the real-life inflatable Mactoy, or PooltoyWolf! Here he is, relaxing after emerging from the cramped cardboard box the factory sent him to me in.
At 6 feet 6 inches, Mactoy is taller than me! He is soft and squishy and gives the best hugs. The final, production version won’t be exactly like this one, but will be the same design, refined to a higher standard. He will be accompanying me to the hotel pool at the Hyatt Regency atop the Orlando International Airport this weekend!

Is it bad that my eye went immediately to your R2R tape and the rest of your killer vintage stereo?
Mactoy looks like he’s all “yeah, I’m cool and I know it!”
@ybmuG I wouldn’t consider it bad. I see those analog meters on that stereo.
@yakkoTDI @ybmuG I’m more worried about that mini swordfish on the back wall becoming an accidental Macslaughter weapon when the partying gets out of hand.
@ybmuG Nope, not bad lol. I’m proud of that system! The open reel deck is a Roberts (Rheem) 1725-WIII with a vacuum tube preamplifier.
