From July 2017 to now, there appear have been 60 meh-rathons . Based on this URL we are at 59 where the number is 0-based. Therefore, 0-59 = 60.
Now 2025 - 2017 = 8.
60/8 = 7.5 .
Therefore, I think it’s more than 1 every 2 months, with an emphasis on holidaze and/or when they end up with too much crap lying around. When that happens, mediocrebot goes into action :

I was looking at all 8 years of meh-rathons, and the rate per year probably changes. My calculations are based on the assumption that the meh-rathon URLS have been uniform from the start, aka :
@pakopako-JSYK, the mehthon ends tonite at 12 midnite EST, or 11:59 PM, of 10/09, so tomorrow, [10•10] afternoon it will be over & ya can only buy 1 item! If i’m wrong, my bad!
@mediocrebot- Yeah, i was able to still buy whatever was on the list, as in the past, but around 6 PM CST it quit allowing me to do that & keeps saying, 'It’s Too Late", so that just shows me how stupid d meh system is! I assumed they wanted to actually Sell as many items as possible!! One never knows how meh works, or rather, DOESN’T WORK! 🫣
