Staring at the computer screen too long from forgetting to follow the 20-20-20 rule. The rule works extremely well for preventing screen-time headaches.
Because restructuring taking place behind closed doors is threatening my hours/place of work and employment, details are being leaked through snippets of conversations and no one is seeking input from the actual offices that would be affected. Then, this morning, the CEO came into my office under the pretext of something else and brightly asked, “So, how’s it going?” I was not reserved in my assessment of the situation, though I don’t think I was unprofessional. We’ll see if my free time increases dramatically in the next few weeks.
Sinus/allergy headache.
