@ragingredd been there. Regretted it almost “soon™” every time, but been there
It’s why I like all these pseudo meals. Belvita breakfast bars (grapeseed oil and whole wheat), Froze balls (dates and coconut with peanut butter), even got some tuna packets, hummus, and ramen stashed away like some apocalypse preparer.
Except my way is Diet Mtn Dew for that oh-so-necessary caffeine dose.
I wish I could drink coffee [for it’s known health benefits, but it makes me physically ill.
There is this good news though:
News Release 17-Sep-2024
Moderate coffee and caffeine consumption is associated with lower risk of developing multiple cardiometabolic diseases, new study finds.

I used to power through it, but noticed my production would decline. Now I scavenge between meals eating snacks like almonds, veggies, or granola. Now I feel much better and eat less at meals. Not sure why I wrote all of this. Woot! Woot! I mean… meh, meh.
Back when I had hundreds, the choice was obvious. I’m halfway through my last box of Curry Buldak though and being a little more selective these days. Y’all are working on securing more, right?
Ponder why I decided to skip breakfast
Honestly I sometimes forget to eat

Since retirement, I don’t wake up until the afternoon. So not a problem.
@chuckf1 Three years into retirement, I still wake up at daybreak. Not really such a bad thing when I don’t have to go in to work though.

Listen to my officemate CRUNCH and SLURP and SCRAPE his way through a yogurt cup with granola. At max volume. Every. single. day.
I’m just eating breakfast at 10:30. Lately, it’s been a protein bar, cottage cheese with fruit, or, yes, Greek yogurt mixed with granola.
