Opened a shipment on Friday that was … well meh as far as being complete. Put in ticket. It’s Wednesday evening, not heard anything. Never taken so long… EVER.
I even put a ticket in yesterday to ask if they had seen my ticket, LOL.
Yes, while we happily grew with the addition of @woodhouse, and have just gotten everyone else back in, we also had some big events over on MorningSave.com so we’re still a bit behind. Everyone’s working hard, so we’re hoping to catch up soon, but I understand that it can be pretty frustrating right now.
Just popping in to remind everyone that sending multiple tickets will oftentimes cause a longer wait, since we have to track each one down individually. Please bear with us, we want to help you all! It just might take longer than you’d expect for the moment.
If I submit an endless # of support tickets about unfathomable linked complaints, can I force time to go into a Groundhog Day type loop at the various Mediocre Labs offices?
@makhay Try searching your tracking number in Google and going by USPS. Sometimes things get jumbled in the handoff between FedEx and USPS. If that doesn’t help, tag me in a comment and I’ll take a look.
