I’ve created a freely downloadable Apple Shortcut. It’s set up to alert me when meh.com offers headphones, but you can change it to whatever you want. I’ve added comments in the Shortcut to explain what it’s doing and how to modify it. “Shortcuts” should be installed on your iOS and MacOS device by default. Cheers!
