Working on a car. I’d rather be in the shade, but sometimes there isn’t any - and I end up washing the greasy grime (and the sunscreen) off my hands and arms at least a half dozen times in any given major repair.

Not at all.
As I have mentioned before I work second shift, and I work seven on seven off. For instance this week is my off week, and I have spent an average of over 10 hours a day outside. Thankfully I have a nice base tan that keeps with me all year long so it hasn’t been much of an issue. I barely wear sunscreen unless I’m really going to be baking out in the sun on the beach or something. If I’m just working around the yard I usually have enough cover and shady / Sunny spots that I’m working in that I don’t sunburn.
Doing the helicopter outside instead of trying to find my pants.
On a boat. Only time I’ve ever gotten a sunburn

Fishing, usually on a boat, but sometimes from a pier. Time flies when your waiting for a bite.
On the Moon.

@katbyter America’s Roller Coast!
Love that place!
Watching a good baseball game.
@mikejb0329, do bad baseball games protect you from UV damage?
No such thing, @kittykat9180
@haydesigner Some folks who remember the bad old days in Houston might disagree.
Well, now they will always and forever be known as the cheating Astros, @werehatrack.
I’ve been burned just being outside (or in churches)
@pakopako I’ve been burned while shopping online…

Being out in the sun for a long time…
@chienfou In your line of work, that must be a challenge.

@chienfou @werehatrack also your lovely pool. I suspect you spend time enjoying it as well
@tinamarie1974
absolutely. It’s getting pretty close to that time now.
Has never happened to me even though I’ve never tried using sunscreen. I know that I should use it anyway, but I just don’t think about it.
I rarely go out during the daylight due to my schedule. The best I can do is get a moonburn. I guess I need moonburn lotion.
Probably meandering around during my 6 week trip to Ireland and the UK.
I do all of the above naked.
@zinimusprime yep, the “places where the Sun don’t shine” can definitely burn if you hang out (so to speak) in places where the Sun DOES shine there.
all of the above + much more, but recently the biggest culprit is kids soccer games.
