7I sent in a request but I fear it will get lost along the way in the customer service onslaught.
My VMP is gone. Like yea, fucking gone. I am sad. I didn’t do anything to make it go away, was never told it was going to go away, and I’d like to have it back.
I’ve got a strong feeling that there may be a VMP only sale later today and I don’t wanna miss out on that shit.
Now, it’s been awhile since I poked my head into these here forums and I’m not sure who is even around for me to beg for help.
@dave can you point me in the right direction?

Additional note: My head now hangs in shame for forgetting you are a staff member meow.
@studerc She happens to be one of the people responding to support these days so she might just be looking out for it if you get it sent in.

There are a bunch of threads, but here is the most recent. It seems that the most likely culprit is that your card may have expired or they $5 charge could not go through for whatever reason.
I am not sure if anyone has been successful in getting theirs back. Good luck!

@sligett Hey there! Yes, the project did get funded! I sent out a thank you letter about a month ago (surprised you never got it!). Anyway, there will be additional thanks and content sent to the backers later in October/November.

@f00l CS mentioned that while my shipping benefit and symbol have been restored it may take an additional day for the other benefits to be linked to my account. I’ll know more in about 80 minutes…

@G1 It worked. Glitchy for some reason. Some of the products, including the fuku, heater, and water pitcher just didnt show up. Kept getting errors or the product previous never changed.
Meh really likes to fuck with me. Kinda annoying that i went through all that work to miss 30% of the products. Ill pry just cancel it anyway. That fuko fuck up was really frustrating.
