June 6th, 5 dollar was taken my credit card. I didn't buy any product after June 6th for a month, I cancel the VMP in a month. I want u to give full refund please. Check my account and please reply.

I thought this was automated. If you cancel and didn't use the VMP services that month, it should automatically be refunded to you.
June 6th though, that was a long time ago and more than 30 days so it might be too late for that one. Maybe if you were also billed in August 6 as well and just canceled, you might get a refund for your August VMP.
@cengland0 yep - tested that VMP cancel/automated refund process last month. Worked like a charm. But of course you do need to cancel the unused month (or portion of month since you can do it anytime in your 30 day cycle) before the next month auto-renews. That part kinda makes sense as well.
Hi there @asweirdos! Here's some quick information to help you out:
VMP REFUNDS: If you pay for VMP and at the end of the month find that you want to cancel AND you have not used any of the benefits (shipping, etc.) - you will automatically receive a refund of your VMP fee for that month. The refund will take several days to appear on your account. You do not have to contact anyone, as your refund is an automatic service that applies if you qualify. (Free/bonus VMP items from meh/mediocre do not count towards "use" of VMP.)
If it's been more than about 10 business days since you canceled and you don't see the refund in your account, shoot a message to https://meh.com/support - they'll look into it for you.
@phatmass Most people get VMP during a purchase and it auto-renews after that. If you don't end up using your VMP for a month after your auto-renew, you can cancel and get a refund for your $5. The idea was more that some people felt like the $5 was some kind of sneaky fee, so the refund for non-use helps to alleviate that feeling. The point of VMP is to get people to check the site and hopefully purchase more, because they've already invested $5 and want to get their money out of it. It's a marketing tool. Did I answer the confusion?
@carl669 this seemed appropriate. Congrats again on the win.
How do I cancel my VMP?

I want my MTV refund.
not again.......
Wait... We can get our VMP refunded if we don't use it?
Doesnt that defeat the purpose of charging a monthly fee?
Who signs up for VMP before actually buying something?
This is the most confusing thread in my life.

@phatmass Wanna trade lives?
@Thumperchick It works, too. I know I bought stuff I wouldn't have if not for that VMP. lol
@phatmass All of these replies just added to the confusion.
