I complained TWO WHOLE DAYS ago to Customer Service about my hand sanitizer spilling over into the shipping package and that I lost almost two bottles of it.

WELL, I HAVE YOU KNOW THAT I JUST GOT AN EMAIL THAT SideDeal HAS SENT ME A SIX PACK OF HAND SANITIZER FOR A REPLACEMENT.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU, CUSTOMER SERVICE? TWO DAYS AFTER MY COMPLAINT YOU SEND ME SIX BOTTLES INSTEAD OF TWO? Aren’t you supposed to screw this up and make me very unhappy?

So thanks to the CS person who sent this out to me so fast. I’ve always said that you guys are the best.
