@Kidsandliz oh, she is quite a beauty. I have a Siamese but his eyes aren’t crossed, just a pretty blue! The crossed eyes are too adorable though.

@Kidsandliz those litter mates are such sweet-faced loves! I love the freckles on the left, and the moustache on the right.

@moonhat I am so lucky that all my cats are sweet things. I will miss my 17 year olds when they die. The orange and white one like to sleep curled up against me. I will miss that.

@Kidsandliz liz, I hear ya. I love when kitties curl up leaning against you, just the best comforting feeling. Sometime my orange boy does that and when we’re back to back even. I just love it

@Kidsandliz It’s not as hard when they’re old or have had health problems, but it the FIP diagnoses for Marco was rough. It was just a matter of months.

He was one of those cats that just took the new kitties under his wing, a peacemaker. And he walked on my hair, as close to my scalp as he could get, when I was laying down. He woke me up more than once.

Since we got married in 1985, we’ve had fifty-nine cats. We have seventeen now. And some, I really, really miss.

Marco is one of them.

@ThomasF That looks about like my main coon kitty. She sticks her head inside my shoe and tunnels towards the toe end. And she also puts her face in the heel and, brings against her body (with the toe end towards her tail) and uses her back legs to kick the thing. So far no permanent tooth or claw marks in my shoes but as a precaution I no longer keep my leather work shoes on the floor.

@Kidsandliz She’s not usually a shoe kicker, but that morning she was really going at it.
