@macromeh I seem to mehditate at least every 24 hours, mostly after midnight EST, when I’d be better off sleeping. That’s a large part of my problems. I think I need some mediation to keep me away from mehditation. Or maybe more medication to un-mehdicate. (Or just work a little harder on emptying one of those Casemate cases, starting before 11 p.m., EST.)
@macromeh@Salanth My LDL (and particularly the VLDL) is just a couple of points outside the “ideal” range, and my PCP wanted to put me on statins. I pointed out that I’ve been working it down steadily since the middle of last year, and I said that I really don’t need to have something messing with my short-term memory when the ADHD is still making it hell for me to get anything done around here. She agreed to let that slide for the moment.
Under pressure.
@yakkoTDI
I keep it under control with meds, most of the time, most of the year.
Next week is what? Oh man, there goes the pressure again.
Somewhat high. Nattokinase and hibiscus tea actually helped, as did giving up caffeine.
I wish the tea tasted better. Its pretty meh.
A-OK… .as is my cholesterol
Thanks for asking.
A little high at the moment, but that’s what usually happens when people ask me these kind of personal questions.
@phendrick Have you tried mehditation?

Before or after opening an irk?
In my bloodstream, right where it belongs.
About 7ish
Meh. It’s fine. It’s the LDL that could improve.
@Salanth Laughing deviant Leprechauns?
@Salanth Same here. Too bad it’s scored like golf - if it was scored like basketball I’d be an all-star.

I haven’t been to the doctor in about 3.5 years, but the reason I had started going was high blood pressure so…probably high again?
It depends on when I take it, before or after dealing with family!
More often than not, it’s inversely proportional to my bank balance.
KuoH
@kuoh Money can’t buy happiness, but maybe it can buy low blood pressure?
@kuoh @xobzoo Money can’t buy low blood pressure, but lack of it can certainly buy high pressure for a whole lot of people.
I’m a runner so it’s normal to slightly low. My resting HR is about 52bpm.
@kittykat9180
Congrats. Those are both good ingredients in the recipe for a long/healthy life!
@chienfou, that’s my goal. I want to remain active and independent well into old age. When I can no longer wipe my own butt, let me go.
@kittykat9180
Absolutely. My thing has always been a ‘graph’ of quality vs quantity of life. When the lines cross it’s time to check out!
It’s currently 138/93
123/65, pulse 68. Yes, I really do need more exercise, but I’ll take those numbers anytime at my age.
