Okay, not talking v-day flowers. I like having flowers for Shabbat each week. We started getting roses from Costco (in store), and they are GREAT! Not only do they look good, but 2 dozen is under $30. They have single color sets, mixed colors, etc.
But the best thing is they are so fresh that they last AT LEAST a full week, and sometimes as long as two weeks. I’ve been expecially happy with the longevity of the light pink colors. The lavender ones, not so much. And two dozen feels super indulgent. They’re really beautiful! Add some tissue paper and cute ribbon and they’d be a wonderful gift if the recipient already has a vase for them.
Longer because I buy them after Valentine’s day.
Sometimes I can get almost two weeks out of mine.
Flowers? Forever/not at all because I don’t get any
The flower industry is silly.
