How do you track whispers?
3Is there a way to do this that I’ve missed?
The only way I’ve ever found is to keep chasing down to that specific place in a thread. Which is good for context but annoying if you’re just trying to continue a private conversation.
There doesn’t seem to be away to track whispers. I guess other services might call them DMs. @shawn @dave
If they were just listed in a separate private tab in your profile so you could see the private @

If you have notifications turned on, I think you can find replies that way. Otherwise, bookmarking where you left it is the only fast-return route I’ve found
Go into your profile - under all the descriptive info, there’s the two buttons, filter and whispers. Click on whispers.
@Kyeh
That’s just the prev 30 days I think.
@f00l Yes, right - I forgot about that.
@f00l @Kyeh well right. But exactly that was what I meant. Not sure how I missed it.
I guess what threw me off is they don’t show in the feed unless you specifically select it. If you’re just checking your profile they don’t show whispers but there’s probably a reason for that.
It’s (probably?)always been a thing. Only the previous 30 days show under your profile. At least for years.
I can go Google me at meh.com but if you go through meh to a profile page it’s different. It would make sense that whispers would have to be a separate channel to prevent that.
Search your appropriate email account for “whisper” whispers” “whispered”
In case you are wondering, the situation completely sux re this.
The last whisper I got, I got an email notification. I clicked the link in the email, and it took me to the whisper.
@lisagd right but I have never had notifications on. Don’t really want them on although thanks for the suggestion!
I think @kyeh hit what I was looking for and I just. Totally missed it.
