In an effort to maximize efficiency, I just cut out the middleman and go straight to the relaxing with an adult beverage and a shit ton of calories part.
Drinking all the calories I just burnt.

Bed Buddy. Basically a bag of rice in a jersey cover that you heat for 2 minutes in the microwave and it gives an hour of heat. Cheap and reusable forever.
@olperfesser I made one of those once. It was great all winter. Unfortunately I left it out during the summer, and by the time I was ready to start using it, bugs had eaten it all. And I mean ALL.
Planet Fitness has hydro massage beds I always use after working out, it’s the best part and seems to help me ache less the next day. Sometimes I visit the gym just go get a massage lol.
I use an old family treatment - Advil & Alcohol!
Trust me… it works!
