@transplant If it was in a fuko, your only real hope for refund or replacement would be through the manufacturer, but they will be very confused by the fuko receipt…
I mean, meh support might take pity on you in some fashion depending on the item/problem. (ex: box arrived with broken glass all over everything OR the box arrived infested with fleas)
With fukos, however, there are no real guarantees that you’ll get any working items.
@transplant seems like I was able to get warranty work on something I got in a woot boc… Can’t recall now, but they didn’t need a receipt. Just the serial number and date of purchase. This was years ago… whatever it was, I think they sent me a replacement part…

I’m hoping I can use the date code in the serial number. It’s got a 3 ( or 5) year warranty, so i’l Give it a shot…
