Even 20 years ago, Republican environmentalists were not unknown.
Reporters have said that many Republicans would love to deal with global warming now, but they are afraid of the Freedom Caucus and the Tea Party.

@mollama Yeah, but to do the parks Roosevelt had to leave the party and run as a Bull Moose independent.
