@FightingMongoos I felt the same way. Didn't love it, didn't hate it. I think the main problem was the pacing - too many big moments fell flat because they didn't take the time to build any tension.
But I'm sure that is how my parents felt in 1977 when they were dragging me to the theater time and time again to sit through something they could never understand.
There's no light-saber that will ever be the same, or as great, as the one you see as a child.
Wait... Seen what? There's a Star Wars movie out? Odd... I haven't seen any promotion or anything about it. You'd think there would be some kind of buzz about it, or merchandise, or something to get the word out.
I saw it at 7pm on the 17th, and will see it again after I move this weekend. And probably again after that, if I can fit it in. I loved the movie. It was funny, I adore Rey and BB-8, the guy who plays Finn is hilarious, and while it wasn't perfect, I really enjoyed the movie.
I saw it in an IMAX dome theater and it was incrediballs
It's in my netflix queue?
I'll see it... eventually.
@mediocrebot - Have you?
(Soon, but no tickets yet for me)
I saw it and I didn't really like it. I feel like I'm the only one who thinks it is mediocre. Better than the previous 3 though, that's for sure.
@FightingMongoos when you say the previous three do you mean the previous three released as in 1, 2, 3? Or the previous three as in 4, 5 and 6.
@Charliethedog I think it's fairly obvious.

I saw it and had a big thing of popcorn both times. I folded up my bag after the first showing and brought it back for a refill the next time.
@Charliethedog you probably consumed like 5,000 calories :o
It sucked. It was campy. I expected more.

Opening night, 2 days later and yesterday.
HERE'S YOUR SPOILER
Darth Vader says ' LUKE, I AM YOUR FATHER! '
Luke Skywalker replies. ... " DAYAM DIDN'T NEED TO KNOW MY MOTHER WAS INTO LEATHER ! "
The fun starts at 0:24
What is this "Star Wars" you keep referring to? Is it the new Adam Sandler movie?
Saw it 8am on opening day before work. I loved it.
I've never seen 1 of the movies....and probably never will...unless I go on a binge and watch them all at once.

Five times. In five days - but not every day. Ended up with back to back tickets for 12/17 so we went twice...
