Proper/actual pronunciation of Xob Zoo is more like “Saw Zhong” — though I’m loving your folk etymology of “XO bisou.”

Bisou is a sort of slang or childish term, typically referring to a kiss on the cheek… like something your aunt might say:
Donne moi un bisou

the behavior from the past few days doesn’t suggest there will be any engagement to the community in the coming month. If there is any, it’s going to be negative engagement – and that doesn’t need to be inflicted to the community nor to the user that may wish to move on now.

The co-host of one of my favorite podcasts is named Karen, and she’s just lovely. They used to sell shirts that said “I’m a Karen” or “I’m a Georgia,” depending on which host you were more like (you kinda had to be there) and their names were written as their signatures. I have a feeling sales of the Karen shirts dropped off a lot. I noticed they now have a new version that replaces the name with the cartoon version of them, taken from the cartoons a guy does of funny bits from episodes.
Hunh… I just realized if you are the one that nominates someone, and you vote for them, you end up with the dreaded:

@chienfou I have four “liked themselves” that I’ve no idea how I got them. I assumed it was from something like scrolling through the page on my phone and accidentally clicking the heart as scrolling, or something like that… I have accidentally liked posts doing exactly that before…

@chienfou Just being the poster kind of puts your vote on it anyway since the name might have otherwise not been there at all and if no one votes for their own the numbers aren’t affected by that factor.

I think I did mine on the phone when I clicked on the star to see WHO had liked a post. It’s very easy to add your name to the likes when you do that on a phone… not so much on a computer.
Now I look for the recycling sign…
