GAME TIME (tentacle version)
6@Harrison found this really awesome puzzle game called Aaaah! I’m Being Attacked by a Giant Tentacle!
You are trapped in the grasp of a giant tentacle and you have to figure out a way to burn the tentacle without burning yourself. If you burn the tentacle, he’ll let you go and you move on to the next level. It’s lots of fun (especially if you like puzzles) but can be a bit challenging.
The whole team has been stuck on level 9 for a few weeks now, but maybe we can all figure it out together.

I got paper cuts in my eyes from those pixels.
After days of struggle and planning and maps and overlaying other levels in photoshop, I finally solved level 9. I am the smartest man alive.

I finished it. I thought level 9 was much harder than level 10. In fact, I’m still not sure what I did on level 9 that worked :S
@moose has given me a hint for level 9 but I haven’t cracked it just yet.
I never got so frustrated with a game this quickly.

@vanslaterco Yeah, srsly. I’m stuck on #4 and I feel like I’m either missing a core game mechanic or its impossible.
I have defeated the tentacle!
Soooo… I believe on level 9 you have to get into position to finish it the way of the arrow I drew. But how the fuck do you manage to block off where the star is? Hints anyone?
@cinoclav I saw a hint that said “compare it to other dead-end levels” so I made an overlay with a previous level and determined that the tentacle needed to go where I drew the red lines. The blue circle represents a cube that caused a lot of problems. Anyway hope this helps!
