I purchased 2, three packs of the Verbatim Coin (all 6 black). Thus far only 2 works. Can this be handled via refund for the 4 that do not, can I return them, do you want them.
I followed all instructions in the included pamphlet. I even went online to troubleshoot shoot. No beeping when attempting to test them in “Find My” The ones that work, work very well. The ones that do not work are greatly disappointing.
I have been here with Meh.com for years sometimes I pay for the shipping subscription, sometimes I cancel it.
Help! I want all 6 (2x3 coins) to work.
Refund, return, replacement, credit back to my card, credit in MEH?

If you haven’t seen a response, it’s most likely in your spam, info, or promotion folders. They usually write back within two business days.
You did use meh.com/support, right?
Their email might come from meh, checkout, or morning save. Look for those as well.

You can do either of the following:
