While a policy against rudeness might be effective, trying to train out “stupid” hasn’t yet worked large-scale in a repeatable manner. If you do find a system that works for that, I think there is a large market for your findings. The education system will probably claim it can’t afford it, but I think every company that has ever hired an employee would be a willing customer of your destupidizing training.

@xobzoo I get “sir” over and over no matter how often I correct them. Maddeningly, I often get it in the response to the correction.
