Copyright infringement, or just Meh?!?!
11I was buying a bunch of spray paint today (Yes, for legitimate purposes) and looked down & saw this little gem staring back at me…
I was just curious if this was a copyright infringement, or just my overactive imagination playing with my feeble mind? What’s your favorite “Meh” that you’ve found out in the wild wandering about all on its lonesome?

Alright. We need a ground squad with label makers to put .com labels on any and every Meh Snickers. Viral Campaign.
@ThomasF LOL sounds like fun. And post a pic or it didn’t happen!
@ThomasF I just bought one of these fancy label makers a few days ago with my new “free” Sam’s club membership.
@ThomasF I guess I should of done capitals.
Stop touching all the snickers
@medz No
I don’t think it is copyright infringement because the term “meh” is being used as an adjective.
/giphy adjectives
To be copyright infringement there has to be a chance that a customer might reasonably be confused.
Example: monster energy drink is not going to confuse people and make them think it’s a drink put out by monster cables.
No one is going to be reasonably confused that Snickers are now being made by Meh.
@OnionSoup Or are they?
@Cythwulf @OnionSoup
YOU TAKE THAT BACK!!1! YUMMY, DELICIOUS SNICKERS BARS ARE NOT MEH. THEY ARE DELICIOUS LITTLE PACKAGES OF CHOCOLATE, NOUGAT AND PEANUT LOVE!1!!
yeah, doing fine on low carb, why do you ask?
@Cythwulf @OnionSoup @therealjrn But carrots are just as delicious, am I right?
