- @digitaljanitor I dunno, the Internet is forever. If I didn’t look at the timestamps, I’d’ve never known the initial gift post wasn’t made today. Internet posts can be dated historically, but their content is evergreen.

You know what, I’ve given it some thought. @mossygreen I think you’re in the clear here. Any sufficiently late birthday gift simply becomes an early birthday gift! Everything’s going to be fine as long as they don’t find out, and it’s not like the Powers that Be (sipping onna drank) read the comments
