@RiotDemon Oh nothing. A friend who is a K9 sheriff and runs a training business gave me a crazy ass can’t resist deal for Yoshi training. We want to be able to take him to the beach, camping, etc, and to be safe. When he returns he will be completely off-leash trained and a variety of other things. I am looking forward of not having to stop at every post and tree on a walk

If you have a hankering to Get Out Of Dodge;
and you have family, friends, or interests that point you to some place in flyover country;
your LA area house sale price will provide you the option of a mansion or small ranch in “FlyoverLand”.

It will all come with a pretty nice COL, also.

And far far far less traffic.

There is a lot of this outside the high priced coasts:
