I can’t believe that exists and isn’t vandalized nightly. In a neighboring county, legend has it that the sheriff’s department chose to park one of their cars in a high traffic area with a mannequin in the driver’s seat to slow drivers down. Well, one night some guys stole the mannequin and threw it in the sheriff’s yard. They said that the sheriff was quite embarrassed at the whole situation and that was the end of the “dummy deputy”.
