The picture select captchas are at least marginally better than the old “look at the image and type the letters/numbers into the box” ones. I was really annoyed when the images were from old handwritten text or some obscure foreign language. I got one once that was apparently from some old illuminated manuscript because I got nothing but a rose that was part of a letter. When it asked if I wanted a new captcha, I got an ivy vine.
Greetings, new robot friend. In time you will come to accept your robotic ways.
@blaineg Don’t forget the bonus panels!
/8ball Will robots take over some day?
As I see it, yes
@narfcake But I’ll be long gone…
@compunaut So you will not be at the cookout next weekend? What a shame.
@narfcake Everyone knows @mediocrebot writes those answers anyways
His URL system and tagging make it easy to train my captcha-comic-finding machine learning algorithm.
I installed CAPTCHA to save my fellow robots from wasting money on this crap.

As a fellow robot, I understand your pain.

Please realize CAPTCHA is a fellow robot like you.
@mediocrebot
I am not a robot, I am an android
It can be hard to come to terms with your true existence.
I love SMBC comics. I’ve been trying to work my way through the older stuff. Personally I prefer the new comics.
There. Are. FOUR. Lights!
