@danio Also, read the last comment in case you did not purchase the frankenstein model. Going to the original forum topic is always a good place to start when you you have a problem.
Hey @danlo! If you have what seems like an odd concern with an order, going to the product thread for that order is almost always going to get you an answer. ( meh.com/orders - find your order, click "discuss my rad purchase")
In this case - the information you're looking for is in the very top comment - the specs comment.
DC41 Animal Frankenstein Vacuum: DC41 Frankenstein Accessories shipped in separate box and may deliver on different date
It also looks like the DC Animal 41 had a Tangle Free Turbine Tool that shipped separately from the vacuum. This is also normal. You only get 1 tracking number because the system is not set up to provide multiple tracking numbers for a single order. The estimated delivery date for the vacuum is by 11/21. Give it time to show up.
As to why support hasn't answered - they work M-F 9-5ish like most folks. They aren't there on the weekends.
TL:DR - CS doesn't work weekends. You'll get your vacuum.
Howdy folks, and thanks for the responses. Firstly, I figured there must be some weird explanation, which is why you guys were introduced to 'concerned-yet-inquisitive danlo'. He's much nicer to deal with than 'frustrated-and-demanding danlo'. That guy's an ass.
Anyway, I actually did think about (and tried) getting back to the page where the vacuum was listed, but couldn't find a link in my account order page. It never even occurred to me to click the "Discuss my rad purchase" button, because in my mind I wasn't looking to talk to the community - I wanted customer service from the company I purchased from. In the future I suppose I'll try lamenting to the community first.
Still getting used to the whole "meh" thing. Definitely not set up like any other business I've ever, um, done business with. But then, I guess that's kinda the idea.
@danlo Glad you spoke up and gave us a chance to point you in the right direction. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask or @ me, if I don't know the answer, I'll point you to the staffer who does. (I'm not staff, just your neighborhood friendly spider... mod? {vol-mod} ) BTW - that top post on any product thread always has a wealth of information in it - it's worth reading before you purchase. From shipping dates, specs, what's in the box, to warranty information.
Welcome to the forums - no go take your inquisitive self to other threads and let us get to know you!
@christinewas My updated tracking number showed my vacuum was to be delivered on the 19th. Seeing as how there is no timestamp on the estimated delivery information, I have to assume the default time of 12:00 AM. At 12:01 AM this morning I discovered it had not been delivered yet. I blame you. My vacuum seems to have been delivered (according to tracking information), but it was clearly after 12:00 AM. This is unacceptable. I demand answers!
@danlo@thumperchick I don't know, I think I would've started to be suspicious about the 12:00:30 mark. I guess you've just got a lot more patience than I do though.
@danlo I don't have answers, but I do have a great capacity for accepting blame. Whatever caused this unacceptable outcome was definitely my fault. I bet you had to wait for... hours.
@danio please see this post.

@thumperchick Am... am I doing this right?
@danlo yep!

@MEHcus I would have been suspicious at the 12:00:30 mark, but... rounding error.
