@ciabelle, they’re rechargeable, but I was wondering [with what, I don’t know] if I can connect the Beanies & have stereo, or touch other stuff besides just my device screen! To quote Thunder Chickin, “Opinions¿?”
I’m buying both colors since they aren’t toys. Maybe, I’ll get 4 pair like today I finally got my Clawz. I ordered 5 pair & received 10 pair!! Bu-Bu-Bu-But, none of dem fit! I wonder how hard dese Clawz are to give away,…people might think, “this ole guy is weired!!”
@kathologist, yeah, I just call’um Clawz, like Santa Clawz.I ordered 5 pair, 4 pair of sz 6 & 1 pair for my sis [a pink pair], The pink ones were smaller & they kinda fit, but not like my shower shoes. Well, I got two boxes with 5 pair each, so I ended up with 2 pink pair that, more, or less fit, and 8 pair that don’t fit at all!! I musta been high when I purchased these things, but to make matters worse, I can only wear the pink’uns. The moola doesn’t matter, but what in the world am I suppose to do with all of these extra monstrosities?¡¿?
@kathologist, very good ideas!! During ordinary times I could have had a yard sell, but I think even da donations would be regarded as WTF Donat-ions! Either way, folks are gonna think what they wanna think,…maybe, they can think Mr Santa Clawz gave them to’um!!
@FarmerTony@hoosier@kathologist, as long as it’s not a darn dirty bomb, who really cares, but I need an Amp. My Peavey Amp is getting too old for my Strat, then again old is good in the musical euipment world–think Vintage.
@FarmerTony Ah! My hunney has been creating unique analog synth modules for 20+ yrs - see http://metasonix.com
He is also an expert on vacuum tubes. He put his PhD in electronics & work xp in the tube world to use when he couldn’t get work. Also has extensive knowledge of vintage audio & radio gear.
This is what happens to a frustrated EE LOL.
I’m just a helper elf - I still can’t wrap my head around how it all works. But is sure does! Electricity is still magic to me.
Ordered these on a whim. They’re nice and warm, and the built-in earbuds in the hat work well. I wore it on a 20 minute walk and the connection was solid the whole time. The sound quality is great for podcasts, I wouldn’t expect to enjoy music on there though.
This morning I tried my new beanie & gloves out. Easy to pair, sound is good. Gloves are warm & I could actually use my phone wearing them.
However, it crossed my mind that sooner or later I will want to wash this hat. The washing instructions say “Please remove electronics before washing” & “Hand wash only”. Remove? What, cut them out? Then sew them back in? Maybe I will just never wash it.
@Hskrjer99 Thanks but nope, the beanie I received is sewn up tight. The thread used to close the slits could be easily cut though, just enough to get them out. It can be done. If I ever decide to wash it before it vanishes into the back of a closet or where ever these things go.
