I asked her, “Do I look dead?” (this, mind you, was shortly after playing basketball with 3 of them where they together grabbed me and tried to drag me backwards to prevent me from scoring a basket - yeah the rules they made up on the spot appear to be a bit different ). The next oldest grand (10) then stated, “Anyone over 17 is old”. I asked him how many years until he was 17. He figured it out and I asked him if he’d be old then. He was horrified and said no. So I then asked, “So how old is old?”. He said, “Anyone over 18”. I had so much trouble not laughing. The 8 year old drew me a picture of me with a cartoon bubble where I am saying, “I am old.”.
Coconut is great for most things and the canned stuff makes amazing home made whip cream or frosting.
Oat milk is better for coffee though.
I like some goat kefir, especially on my morning oats with raspberries and honey drizzled on top.

@Salanth I had some of that a long time ago and found it quite nice. Slightly nutty, but I considered it better (for most things) than any of the soy or rice milk I’d had.

There is no good non cow milk. In fact even 1% and fat free milk suck.

If it doesn’t come from a mammal, it’s not milk. Coconut milk is good, but it’s no milk substitute. The other “milks” mentioned are abominations.
Sheep milk is pretty good. Pretty much indistinguishable from cow milk. Water buffalo milk is like a slightly fattier, better cow milk.
