Not a “brisk” walk, just a walk.
Lifting chips to face.
Getting up from my recliner. I use almost all of my muscles.
Push ups are the best for your body. For sure. But, A Brisk Walk is an easy win for all around well being. Not that I do either often
A good hard nap always wears me out.

Walking puppies. It’s usually more of a workout than I want.
