Max 5kg. (11 lbs.) for the carry-on; add $38 online if it's heavier (but less than 12 kg./26 lbs.).

I didn't look if one has to pay for using the bathroom.

They are adding flights to Europe from LA and SF sometime around June. I was reading about them a while back. Even with the add on fees the ticket prices look they are significantly less than the major airlines.
