On the first birthday Fuk I received a very, very nice audio amplifier, brand new in the box. Last year I received a pretty decent air fryer. Earlier this year I received a used, but fully functional 31" Monoprice computer display. And piles and piles of crap.
I have never received anything of much value from the BOC site, but I have received several items I was actually able to use.
BOC’s are good for the absurd randomness of them, but you’ll rarely get anything high value. Fuko/IRKs tend to have a higher percentage of something worthwhile, but will still probably end up with junk.
I have gotten some IRKs full of regret and some without much regret. I got a new shark vacuum cleaner with bonus steam mop. I sold the mop for $10 and the vacuum for $70. I traded a brand new air filter for some Faygo soda. I’m using the power bank and earbuds I got in a recent IRK. And I donated the many broken bluetooth speakers I got in another to the local elementary school for their “maker space” (where they’re always looking for broken electronics to let the kids take apart). My sister appreciated the makeup brushes I got in one kit and my cats always love the boxes.
This is the closest thing we have here. And success is subjective.

One year I got a robot vacuum and in another box, a food saver.

@ruouttaurmind I made roasted chickpeas in my air fryer yesterday. They are edible. More or less.
@ruouttaurmind @sammydog01 How do you make a chickpea in an air fryer?
@mehcuda67 @ruouttaurmind @sammydog01 I guess you make sure she drinks lots of water and keep her in a room where the only thing there is the air fryer.
@tlemon20

@ruouttaurmind @tlemon20 I was going to suggest beer and a lot of air fryer jokes, but yeah.
I have taken carloads of crap to Goodwill. They probably ended up throwing most of it away…
Once Meh sent someone a huge gumball machine with stale gum inside I remember, that was pretty ridiculous.
In the history of Meh I’ve gotten many bags of craps of various names and types. Pretty much worth the $5 and much more every single time.
It is not that hard to get.
What’s a bag of crap? I doubt anybody gets anything interesting from them.
Best Meh thing I got was one of the Ninja blender sets, with all the parts there in a sealed box
I luvs it
