@viniepp, some things that will be suggested is to triple check that what you're entering matches your credit card statement exactly. If so, and it doesn't work, try rearranging how things are entered. If you have an apartment number, put that on the second line instead of the first (or vice versa). I know there are other work around suggestions, but those are what I can remember off the top of my head when people have had issues previously.
I don't have my computer in front of me right now, but I'd suggest trying what @thismyisername had listed below. The most common issue I see is that banks tend to flip flop the street address and apt number. If that doesn't work, @viniepp, maybe give your bank a call to see exactly what they have on file for the card.
