Anyone else receive their 2-Pack: Solar Powered Flickering Flame Torch Lights

I just received my order yesterday and they’re NOT what was listed in the specs. According to the specs listed:

What I got was similar in design, but with only a 400 mAh NI-MH batteries not the 2200mAh Li-ion battery listed. Additionally the instructions say it has 33 SMDs not 97 LEDs (I really don’t know what an “SDM” is). Finally, the ones I received are only 23" tall, max (top to bottom of the stake that goes into the ground) not the 30.7"-42.9" advertised. These are really tiny and are hardly a “torch” but more a garden stake. The model number on the box matches the description above, but the instructions in the box tell the specs of the actual contents that I listed above. (I did measure them myself to be sure)

Additionally they don’t really “flicker” like a flame as much as move up and down in a blinking-like repetitious pattern, which is not how they looked in some of the videos that were at the Amazon link of the “comparable” lights.

Anyone else receive these tiny, underpowered lamps? Are yours the same as mine? Are you satisfied with them? Am I alone in feeling that this was a bait-and-switch, even though I don’t think it was intentional? (probably Meh was given the wrong info from the Chinese manufacturer)

But had I known these had dollar-store quality rechargeable batteries and just barely came to my knee (and I’m only 5’6") I would never have bought them! The “design” is the same as the photos, but under 2 feet tall…really??? They’re certainly not what I thought I was buying or what was advertised as listed.
