In the vast spaces of the latest Fuku thread a spirited conversation arose about hats. Rather than wade through all that Fuku stuff, I present this "Accessories" thread. Here's one of my hats and wigs decorating a lamp at Halloween.
You set the bar very, very high, and now I need to go unearth some of the soft leather gloves I bought in Italy. Hope I still have them. In the meantime, this is from 1984, when Princess Di was still wearing this style.
A couple years ago we decided we needed another Atlas shed, so we got a 10X20 with a 10X20 carport attached. For some stupid reason we decided it was fun to hang out in that damn shed. We'd crank the radio, get drunk, and if there was a bad storm in the area, watch the TV radar. (There's a big TV in the shed. Thunderstorms in the shed are very exciting!) Among the fun things to do in the shed, when you get drunk enough, is to dig into the box of hats and wigs.

One of my creations that I'm most proud of, the thinking cap.
@jaremelz Another view...
@jaremelz Very nice! looks smart as well as warm.
@Teripie Thanks! It's actually my husband's, but photos of him are as common as those of the Sasquatch.
@jaremelz - Zombie bait.
@KDemo That's what he calls it! He wears it when he wants to win at dominoes. He still doesn't
