5I mentioned in the blame thread that if we can get five people to join our Golf Blitz team, Irk’s Caddies, I will send out a homemade irk to a random person selected later this month. So far no one has joined. Perhaps it’s because you don’t like that game, perhaps you are afraid of winning an irk made by yours truly, or perhaps you just did not see it and are unaware. The season just started again yesterday and it lasts for 2 weeks. We would love for you to join us in this wonderful time sink.

As I recall this item created quite the frenzy. It sold out quickly and many were upset by this. Meh, in its infamous wisdom found more and put them up for sale later in the day. At the time it was a good two for the price of one deal and I bought with hopes of reselling one to pay for the other. Alas that was not to be as a couple people in the family wanted them and I felt obliged to give them at the cost that I paid. I’m not too good at selling things for profit although in this instance I was able to break even. Fast forward to today and I have acquired them both at no charge because they weren’t as useful as desired. I guess I win after all.

@sammydog01 i missed that day. Don’t remember what exactly happened, but I missed it. Still actually use one of them pretty regularly . It stays on my nightstand for books and movies
This is a handy little tool that I still occasionally see for sale over on woot. I kept it in my wallet for quite a while and has seen its share of use. My current wallet does not accommodate however it’s still on my shelf and I find myself reaching for it more often than you would think.
How hard is Golf Blitz? I suck at games.

@sammydog01 Only way to find out is to try. I’m not the best but we have fun anyway. I will say that you have to play against other players and sometimes that is frustrating when they purposefully knock you around (/me looks at @PyroVanquisher) but if you can get past him and others like him, it’s fun.

@tinamarie1974 I will confess I do not have much long term experience with dogs but have had a large unsnipped one owned by… Let’s kindly say… irresponsible… owners. Who came at me with his red rocket.
Hope he’s keeping it in his pants. Granted the cat has managed to whip it out now and then on one of the girls and he was nuetered as a kitten
@tinamarie1974 @unksol this is why I prefer female dogs. Cats are usually fine either way if neutered/spayed, as long as they are neutered young so they don’t have that spraying reflex.
Horses… Mares aren’t spayed very often so I prefer geldings. Stallions can be unpredictable around mares in heat. Mares can have issues that make it painful to be ridden during heat.
I hope your puppy training can stop the humping.
Also, don’t know how much it’ll help you, but when I was raising a puppy that was a nipper. I learned that if you yelp like a litter mate would if they are being too rough, they learn that biting is bad. I was at my wit’s end but the yelping finally stopped it.
You yelp and get away from them so they can’t bite.
@RiotDemon @tinamarie1974 maybe he needs a play date lol. The witch went really hard for a while but learned to play nice/be gentler cause she kept starting stuff with the big guy. When she got to rough he was just like “nope!” Slam.
@RiotDemon @unksol hopefully the training will help! He is going full days for a few weeks and has doggie day care when he is not in training. He comes home exhausted, but STILL tries. Trainer says he is just trying hard to be dominant. She is certain we can train it out of him but it will take a few months and consistently.

@CaptAmehrican he is like a bad boyfriend. When he wants to take a nap and I am sitting on the couch he gets on my lap (no longer a lap dog) and sticks his muzzle in my bra - right down the center. Falls right asleep! First time he did it I thought oh shit he is gonna bite the girls!!!

@sammydog01 you can play with teammates or strangers. Depends on who is online at the time.
@sammydog01 we generally play friendly matches each evening as people are online. 9:00 p.m. to midnight Eastern is a very loose estimate though generally closer to 11:00. Our friendly matches are fun but you are limited to four players at a time, you are always welcome to join us.
