Yeah, you and me both!
My guy keeps our wood floors so clean and shiny, he’s obsessed! (never using oily products since I’m already a fall risk) After getting up from the couch and sliding down to the floor a few weeks ago I’ve now got one of those slip prevention mats that are supposed to go under a throw rug at my feet. Compression stockings can be slippery on their own and I can’t handle slip proof socks on top of them.
So traction is a real possibility over here!
@Lynnerizer Lol, sounds a lot like me! Luckily, i have carpet or rugs with traction just about everywhere, but i can even slip with my bare feet (never mind socks! ), so i have to wear slippers just about all the time. Which is a good idea anyway, since protecting the feet is important in diabetics in general. I need to be brought out behind the barn & shot!
@Lynnerizer Ok, I’ll try my best, but when it’s time i want to have enough left in the tank to mosey on down to the glue factory. Or, better yet, maybe I’ll just let them worry about it…
