Bought these for myself, then family members after being pleased with them. Can’t go wrong with the price. We have a couple more expensive ones but I like these best.
@KSHC How long have you had them installed?? Does it have a plastic or metal line? I’ve had one blow the plastic supply line and could have flooded the place; A second BioBidet one with metal lines finally cracked and now the self-clean internal hose is broken, leaks all over the floor if self-clean used; suspect the normal line is probably pretty close behind.
@caffeineguy We’ve had it for over a year. Had shoulder surgery last Sep and installed them prior. I then realized it’s my right shoulder and had to order a left hand one that I like okay but like this one better. If you’re asking about plastic at the wall we had those changed before getting these. The push/pull stop on multiple sink and toilet connections were constantly popping out. I’d advise changing those anyway, pure garbage. The lines they come with are metal. $15 for 2 are worth the chance.
I’ve had them on toilets at both my houses for over one year, close to two years. The hose is a plastic fabric hose that’s very pliable. I shit sometimes 5 times a day and I couldn’t live without this.
